【摘要】：現(xiàn)代男性對自身體型的關(guān)注程度日益升高,理想體型也發(fā)生變化,從單一的肌肉發(fā)達(dá)體型發(fā)展為低體脂高肌肉的雙維度體型。影響男性理想體型的因素主要分為兩類:生物因素和社會(huì)文化因素。生物因素方面,不同性別、年齡和性取向的群體擁有不同的男性理想體型;社會(huì)文化方面,社會(huì)文化通過家庭、同伴和媒體三個(gè)渠道向理想體型施加影響。未來的研究應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步通過實(shí)驗(yàn)確立體脂與肌肉雙維度的男性理想體型,并結(jié)合縱向研究驗(yàn)證生物及社會(huì)文化因素的影響,完善男性理想體型的理論系統(tǒng),為政府制定身體意象相關(guān)的干預(yù)措施和政策提供詳實(shí)有力的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Modern men pay more and more attention to their own body shape and change their ideal body shape from a single muscular developed body to a low fat and high muscle double dimension type. The factors affecting male ideal body size can be divided into two categories: biological factors and sociocultural factors. In terms of biological factors, the groups of different gender, age and sexual orientation have different male ideal body shape; in the aspect of social culture, social culture exerts influence on ideal body shape through three channels: family, peer and media. The future research should further establish the ideal male body shape with double dimensions of body fat and muscle through experiments, and verify the influence of biological and sociocultural factors, and perfect the theoretical system of male ideal body shape. To provide detailed and effective theoretical basis for the government to formulate body image related intervention measures and policies.
