負性情緒對選擇性注意抑制的影響及其調(diào)節(jié)——基于女大學生黃體期的研究

【摘要】:采用空間提示任務(wù),研究經(jīng)期不同時段女大學生負性情緒對選擇性注意抑制的影響及有效的情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略。實驗1選取黃體中后期與月經(jīng)期女大學生各32名,使用視頻材料誘發(fā)中性和負性情緒,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)黃體中后期被試選擇性注意抑制能力顯著低于月經(jīng)期;實驗2選取104名黃體中后期的女大學生,負性情緒誘發(fā)后分組采用沉思、分心與人際策略進行調(diào)節(jié),結(jié)果表明三種策略均降低了個體負性情緒,提高了選擇性注意抑制成績。研究結(jié)論如下:黃體中后期女性更受負性情緒影響,注意抑制能力下降,但有效的調(diào)節(jié)策略可改善其負性情緒并提高注意抑制能力。
[Abstract]:The effects of negative emotion on selective attention inhibition and effective emotion regulation strategies in different periods of menstrual period of female college students were studied by spatial cue task. In experiment 1, 32 female college students in middle and late luteal period and 32 female students in menstrual period were selected to induce neutral and negative emotions. The results showed that the selective attention inhibition ability of the subjects in the middle and late luteal period was significantly lower than that in the menstrual period. In experiment 2, 104 female college students of middle and late luteal body were selected. After negative emotion was induced, they were regulated by meditation, distraction and interpersonal strategy. The results showed that the three strategies reduced the negative emotion of individual and improved the performance of selective attention inhibition. The conclusions are as follows: women in middle and late luteal body are more affected by negative emotion and attentional inhibition ability is decreased, but effective regulation strategy can improve negative emotion and attentional inhibition ability.
