開放監(jiān)控冥想的特定影響效果

【摘要】:近幾年來,開放監(jiān)控冥想(Open Monitoring Meditation,OM)受到越來越多的關(guān)注,許多研究者對它進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。與其它冥想,特別是與聚焦注意冥想(Focus Attention Meditation,FA)相比較,OM具有明顯的差異。OM似乎對某些認(rèn)知過程(創(chuàng)造性思維)的影響以及疼痛和焦慮的緩解具有優(yōu)勢,而對注意力的影響結(jié)果并不一致。腦電波、功能定位以及腦功能關(guān)聯(lián)性方面的研究結(jié)果初步揭示了開放監(jiān)控冥想過程中的腦神經(jīng)機(jī)制,但是這種冥想對于默認(rèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響效果表現(xiàn)出不一致性。另外,研究中使用的OM訓(xùn)練方法也存在明顯的差異性,尤其是注意的起點(diǎn)是否從呼吸開始,以及是否需要保持注意兩個(gè)方面。這些結(jié)果需要今后的研究使用更加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的方法進(jìn)一步明確。
[Abstract]:In recent years, open monitoring meditation (Open Monitoring Meditation,OM) has attracted more and more attention, and has been systematically studied by many researchers. Compared with other meditations, especially focused attention meditation (Focus Attention Meditation,FA), OM is significantly different. OM seems to have an advantage in the effects of certain cognitive processes (creative thinking) and the relief of pain and anxiety. The effect on attention was inconsistent. The results of brain wave, functional localization and brain function correlation reveal the mechanism of open monitoring meditation, but the effect of this meditation on the effect of default network is inconsistent. In addition, there are significant differences in the OM training methods used in the study, especially whether the starting point of attention starts from breathing and whether there is a need to maintain attention. These results require further clarification in future studies using more standardized methods.
