【摘要】：目的探究行為篩查測(cè)驗(yàn)中情境因素對(duì)認(rèn)知負(fù)荷的影響,并分析真實(shí)測(cè)試情境下認(rèn)知負(fù)荷與人格特質(zhì)的關(guān)系,為提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試精確度提供依據(jù)。方法試驗(yàn)a為實(shí)驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)(laboratory test),無(wú)情境創(chuàng)設(shè),被試為30名本科生,以反應(yīng)時(shí)為認(rèn)知負(fù)荷指標(biāo)�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)(field test,即試驗(yàn)b)以新一期心理健康調(diào)查工作為依托,被試為某單位已通過(guò)前期錄用選拔的886名職員,并以反應(yīng)時(shí)作為認(rèn)知負(fù)荷指標(biāo),分析篩查測(cè)驗(yàn)認(rèn)知負(fù)荷與人格特質(zhì)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果不同測(cè)試情境下行為篩查測(cè)驗(yàn)的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷存在差異。試驗(yàn)a中不同題目類別的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷并無(wú)差異,但在試驗(yàn)b中不同題目類別的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷存在差異。調(diào)查題目(V2和V3)的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷較高。焦慮個(gè)性傾向的在無(wú)關(guān)題目(V1)和調(diào)查題目(V2)上反應(yīng)時(shí)長(zhǎng)較長(zhǎng),而個(gè)性嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)谋辉囌J(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),對(duì)待測(cè)試認(rèn)真,卷入程度較高,在調(diào)查題目(V2和V3)的反應(yīng)時(shí)長(zhǎng)較長(zhǎng)。同時(shí)自我欺騙因子得分較高的被試,行為篩查測(cè)驗(yàn)認(rèn)知負(fù)荷較低。結(jié)論情境因素影響行為篩查測(cè)驗(yàn)的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷,人格特質(zhì)與認(rèn)知負(fù)荷有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of situational factors on cognitive load in behavioral screening test and analyze the relationship between cognitive load and personality traits in real testing situations so as to provide a basis for improving the accuracy of field testing. Methods experiment a was created for laboratory test (laboratory test), without situation, and 30 undergraduates were enrolled in the experiment. The cognitive load index was reaction time. The field test (field test, (test b) was based on the new phase of mental health investigation. The subjects were 886 employees who had passed the early stage of recruitment in a certain unit, and the response time was taken as the cognitive load index. To analyze the relationship between cognitive load and personality trait of screening test. Results the cognitive load of behavioral screening test was different in different test situations. There is no difference in cognitive load among different subject categories in experiment a, but there are differences in cognitive load among different subject categories in experiment b. The subjects (V 2 and V 3) had higher cognitive load. The reaction time of anxiety personality tendency was longer on irrelevant questions (V1) and investigation questions (V2), while the subjects with strict personality were serious and serious, and involved in higher degree of involvement. The reaction time of the subjects (V2 and V3) was longer than that of the subjects under investigation (V2 and V3). At the same time, the subjects with higher score of self-deception had lower cognitive load. Conclusion situational factors affect cognitive load of behavioral screening test and personality traits are related to cognitive load.
