非認(rèn)知能力對勞動(dòng)者工資收入的影響

【摘要】:文章利用2012和2014年中國家庭追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(CFPS),基于國際學(xué)界公認(rèn)的"大五人格"模型,實(shí)證分析了非認(rèn)知能力對中國勞動(dòng)者工資收入的影響。結(jié)果顯示,非認(rèn)知能力對中國勞動(dòng)者的工資收入具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,其重要性不亞于傳統(tǒng)人力資本關(guān)注的核心變量——受教育年限。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),非認(rèn)知能力對工資收入的影響存在明顯的性別差異。其中,情緒穩(wěn)定性和宜人性對于女性勞動(dòng)者更為重要,而盡責(zé)性則對男性勞動(dòng)者影響更大。因此,文章認(rèn)為未來學(xué)校在探索教育模式、政府在開展技能培訓(xùn)時(shí)應(yīng)重視非認(rèn)知能力的提升,而非一味強(qiáng)調(diào)認(rèn)知能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the internationally recognized "Big five Personality" model, this paper empirically analyzes the effect of non-cognitive ability on the wage income of Chinese workers by using the 2012 and 2014 Chinese Family tracking data (CFPS), which is based on the internationally recognized "Big five Personality" model. The results show that non-cognitive ability plays a significant role in promoting the wage income of Chinese workers, and its importance is no less important than that of the core variable of traditional human capital, namely, the number of years of education. Further research shows that there are significant gender differences in the influence of non-cognitive ability on wage income. Among them, emotional stability and suitably human nature are more important to female workers, while due diligence has more influence on male workers. Therefore, the article holds that in the future, schools should explore the educational model, and the government should pay attention to the promotion of non-cognitive ability rather than the cognitive ability when developing skills training.
