【摘要】：發(fā)展性閱讀障礙是一種特殊的學(xué)習(xí)障礙,伴有多種認(rèn)知缺陷并且存在不同的亞類型。依據(jù)相關(guān)的閱讀模型理論,閱讀障礙可劃分為語音型和表層型。從認(rèn)知缺陷角度出發(fā),語音加工缺陷是主要的缺陷表現(xiàn),以此為特征形成一種主要的閱讀障礙的亞類型,同時還有以正字法加工缺陷和快速命名缺陷為主的其他亞類型。而以基本感知覺缺陷為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),主要有以視覺加工缺陷和以聽覺加工缺陷為主的兩種亞類型。在漢語條件下,依據(jù)同樣的閱讀模型理論,語音型閱讀障礙亞類型比例明顯低于拼音文字條件下的。漢語閱讀障礙也具有分別以語音加工缺陷、快速命名缺陷和正字法加工缺陷為主要認(rèn)知缺陷的亞類型。未來有必要從神經(jīng)機制角度進一步明確不同亞類型的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Developmental dyslexia is a special learning disability with multiple cognitive disabilities and different subtypes. According to relevant reading model theory, dyslexia can be divided into phonetic type and surface type. From the perspective of cognitive defects, phonetic processing defects are the main defects, which form a major subtype of dyslexia, as well as other subtypes of orthographic processing defects and fast-naming defects. There are two kinds of subtypes: visual processing defect and auditory processing defect. In Chinese, according to the same reading model theory, the proportion of subtypes of phonetic dyslexia is significantly lower than that of phonetic alphabet. Chinese dyslexia also has subtypes of speech processing defects, fast naming defects and orthographic processing defects. In the future, it is necessary to further clarify the basis of different subtypes of nerve from the perspective of neural mechanism.
