【摘要】：近年來越來越多的研究證據(jù)提示,個(gè)體沖動(dòng)性在成癮疾患發(fā)生發(fā)展機(jī)制中具有關(guān)鍵作用,可能成為成癮行為的潛在易感標(biāo)記以及早期識(shí)別和干預(yù)的重要靶點(diǎn),但沖動(dòng)性對(duì)不同成癮行為變化發(fā)展的調(diào)控機(jī)制尚不明確。項(xiàng)目擬綜合跨成癮譜系比較、縱向追蹤設(shè)計(jì)、沖動(dòng)行為干預(yù)等研究途徑,采用人格測(cè)量、神經(jīng)認(rèn)知、神經(jīng)影像等技術(shù),首先比較尼古丁依賴者與網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲成癮者的沖動(dòng)性結(jié)構(gòu)及其在前額葉 紋狀體環(huán)路的結(jié)構(gòu)功能改變;然后采用混合分組設(shè)計(jì)篩選出具有高低沖動(dòng)性的非成癮青少年進(jìn)行連續(xù)追蹤研究,考察沖動(dòng)性對(duì)尼古丁依賴與網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲成癮的預(yù)測(cè)效力;并采用認(rèn)知行為訓(xùn)練,對(duì)吸煙成癮者與網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲成癮者進(jìn)行沖動(dòng)干預(yù),考察行為干預(yù)對(duì)沖動(dòng)性水平及前額葉 紋狀體環(huán)路功能的改變,以及對(duì)不同成癮行為發(fā)展的抑制后效。旨在探索沖動(dòng)性作為成癮的潛在易感標(biāo)記及干預(yù)靶點(diǎn)的效力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more research evidence suggests that individual impulsiveness plays a key role in the pathogenesis of addictive disorder, and may become a potential susceptibility marker of addictive behavior and an important target for early identification and intervention. However, the mechanism of impulsiveness regulating the change and development of different addictive behaviors is still unclear. The project was designed to integrate cross-addiction pedigree comparison, longitudinal tracking design, impulsive behavior intervention and other research approaches, using personality measurement, neurocognition, neuroimaging and other techniques. First, the impulsive structure of nicotine addicts and online game addicts and their structural and functional changes in the striatal loop of prefrontal lobe were compared. Then the non-addictive adolescents with high and low impulsiveness were selected by mixed group design to study the predictive effect of impulsiveness on nicotine dependence and online game addiction. Cognitive behavior training was used to conduct impulsive intervention on smokers and online game addicts to investigate the effects of behavioral intervention on the changes of impulsive level and the function of striatal loop in prefrontal lobe and the inhibition of the development of different addictive behaviors. The purpose of this study was to explore the efficacy of impulsiveness as a potential marker of addiction and an intervention target.
