【摘要】：正當(dāng)個(gè)體進(jìn)入老年期以后,伴隨著生理功能和社會(huì)地位的變化,無可避免地面臨著認(rèn)知功能、感知系統(tǒng)和身體健康的逐漸衰退及社會(huì)關(guān)系的喪失〔1〕。老年人往往被認(rèn)為是悲哀的、孤獨(dú)無望的,甚至那些擁有高水平生活滿意度的老年人也相信其他大多數(shù)同輩人生活得并不幸福〔2〕。然而,近年來的研究結(jié)果顯示,上述消極的觀點(diǎn)并不準(zhǔn)確,雖然老年人面臨更多的喪失、挫折和沖突,但是總的來說,較之年輕人,老年人體驗(yàn)到更高水平的情感健康狀態(tài),隨著個(gè)體的老化,消極情緒體驗(yàn)減少,積極情
[Abstract]:With the changes of physiological function and social status, individuals are inevitably faced with the gradual decline of cognitive function, perceptual system and physical health, and the loss of social relations (1). Older people are often considered sad, lonely and hopeless, and even those with high levels of satisfaction believe that most of their peers are unhappy (2). However, recent studies have shown that these negative views are not accurate. Although older people face more loss, frustration and conflict, in general, older people experience a higher level of emotional health than young people.
