【摘要】：肥胖的形成和發(fā)展受生物、心理和社會(huì)因素的共同作用,其中食物獎(jiǎng)賞對(duì)肥胖的產(chǎn)生有重要的作用。食物是一種自然獎(jiǎng)賞,它指機(jī)體天生對(duì)食物的渴望和依賴。食物獎(jiǎng)賞包括"wanting"、"liking"以及"learningreinforcement"三個(gè)成分,每個(gè)成分由相應(yīng)的神經(jīng)通路表征。食物獎(jiǎng)賞調(diào)控機(jī)體的攝食行為并以此調(diào)控體重變化。目前,關(guān)于肥胖與食物獎(jiǎng)賞關(guān)系的理論模型主要有刺激—敏感化理論、獎(jiǎng)賞過(guò)度理論以及獎(jiǎng)賞不足理論。采用橫斷面設(shè)計(jì)、前瞻研究設(shè)計(jì)和縱向被試內(nèi)重復(fù)測(cè)量設(shè)計(jì),使用食物圖片線索和直接給予美味奶昔的技術(shù)方法,人類腦成像研究從不同側(cè)面為以上三個(gè)理論模型提供了證據(jù)。除此之外,食物獎(jiǎng)賞還受基因的調(diào)控。目前,研究者關(guān)注較多的是多巴胺D2受體基因Taq IA rs1800497的多態(tài)性和FTO基因rs9939609的多態(tài)性對(duì)食物獎(jiǎng)賞及體重改變的調(diào)控。
[Abstract]:The formation and development of obesity is influenced by biological, psychological and social factors. Food reward plays an important role in the formation of obesity. Food is a natural reward. It refers to the body's innate hunger for and dependence on food. Food rewards include "wanting", "liking" and "learningreinforcement", each of which is represented by a corresponding neural pathway. Food rewards regulate the body's feeding behavior and thus regulate weight changes. At present, there are three theoretical models about the relationship between obesity and food reward: stimulus-sensitivity theory, reward excess theory and underreward theory. Using cross-sectional design, prospective research design and repeated measurement design in longitudinal subjects, using food picture clues and the technical method of giving delicious milkshake directly, the human brain imaging research provides evidence for the above three theoretical models from different sides. In addition, food rewards are regulated by genes. At present, researchers pay more attention to the regulation of dopamine D2 receptor gene Taq IA rs1800497 polymorphism and FTO gene rs9939609 polymorphism on food reward and weight change.
