家庭功能對中學(xué)生自殺意念的影響:有調(diào)節(jié)的中介效應(yīng)

【摘要】：目的:探討家庭功能對中學(xué)生自殺意念的影響機(jī)制。方法:采用家庭功能問卷、青少年心理韌性量表、抑郁自評量表和青少年自殺意念量表對647名中學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:(1)家庭功能、心理韌性與中學(xué)生自殺意念呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),抑郁與中學(xué)生自殺意念之間呈顯著正相關(guān);(2)抑郁部分中介了家庭功能與中學(xué)生自殺意念之間的關(guān)系;(3)心理韌性對抑郁的中介作用具有調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng),心理韌性調(diào)節(jié)了中介過程的前半路徑和后半路徑。結(jié)論:家庭功能對中學(xué)生自殺意念的影響是有調(diào)節(jié)的中介效應(yīng),其中,家庭功能既直接影響中學(xué)生自殺意念,也通過抑郁影響中學(xué)生自殺意念,心理韌性增強了家庭功能對中學(xué)生抑郁和自殺意念的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the influence mechanism of family function on suicidal ideation in middle school students. Methods: 647 middle school students were investigated by family function questionnaire, adolescent mental toughness scale, self-rating depression scale and adolescent suicide ideation scale. Results: (1) Family function, mental toughness and suicidal ideation of middle school students were negatively correlated, depression was positively correlated with suicide ideation of middle school students, (2) depression partly mediated the relationship between family function and suicidal ideation of middle school students. (3) Psychological toughness has a regulating effect on the mediating effect of depression, and psychological toughness regulates the first half and the second half of the mediating process. Conclusion: the influence of family function on middle school students' suicidal ideation is a mediating effect. Family function not only directly influences middle school students' suicidal ideation, but also affects middle school students' suicidal ideation through depression. Mental resilience enhanced the influence of family function on depression and suicidal ideation of middle school students.
