“女漢子”人格特質(zhì)及其獨立性的發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:2013年,"女漢子"成為年度十大網(wǎng)絡熱詞,"女漢子"現(xiàn)象也引發(fā)人們對現(xiàn)代女性性別角色的新關注和新思考,本論文試圖從社會心理角度對其進行探測。研究一采用自編的多角度共證開放問卷和新編大學生性別角色量表(CSRI-50),調(diào)查大眾對"女漢子"突出特質(zhì)的認知,及對其性別角色的歸類。共收集有效數(shù)據(jù)475份,結果顯示:(1)大眾認為"女漢子"最突出的特質(zhì)為獨立;(2)除獨立外,突出的男性特質(zhì)還有勇敢的、心胸開闊的,突出的女性特質(zhì)有愛心的、富有同情心的以及能體諒人的;(3)根據(jù)Bem性別角色劃分標準,"女漢子"在男性特質(zhì)量表與女性特質(zhì)量表得分均高于量表平均值4,說明其屬于雙性化性別角色;(4)不同性別、學歷、婚姻狀態(tài)等群體對于"女漢子"性別角色的看法基本一致;谘芯恳粚(jīng)驗現(xiàn)象的實證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)"女漢子"現(xiàn)象主要是女性獨立性的凸現(xiàn),但獨立性似乎并非女性特質(zhì)的應有之意,這種反性別刻板印象的發(fā)展是否會給女性帶來沖突和挑戰(zhàn)呢?故,研究二采用訪談法,以高學歷,且自評、他評"女漢子"程度均高的8位女性作為典型個案,旨在探索高獨立性女性對于自身獨立性的認識、建構及其發(fā)展變化的脈絡和相關影響因素。對訪談轉(zhuǎn)錄得到的9萬余字文字資料及訪談中獲得的其他非言語信息,運用解釋現(xiàn)象學的分析路徑,并以對話自我理論、自我磋商理論及自我多水平發(fā)展模型等理論作為參照框架,反復進行主題抽取和對象內(nèi)、對象間比照。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)"女漢子"獨立性發(fā)展的具體特點雖存在一定個體差異,但總體表現(xiàn)出從"獨立-依賴二元對立"觀發(fā)展至更整合、靈活的獨立觀,從被迫獨立逐步朝向知情意行內(nèi)外一致以及主體與關系間的人我和諧。(2)個案的獨立性發(fā)展過程中有四種不同的"創(chuàng)新時刻"以促其改變,分別是:情緒導向型、時機導向型、事件導向型及他人導向型。研究結合夏凌翔和黃希庭提出的自立人格概念以及葉光輝提出的雙元自主理論,認為人際自立是女性在面對既獨立又依賴的矛盾性自我期待和社會期待時,所能達到的理想狀態(tài)。這一觀點兼具一定的理論價值與實踐意義。
[Abstract]:In 2013, "strong Girl" became the top ten online hot words of the year, and the phenomenon of "strong Girl" also aroused people's new concern and new thinking on the gender role of modern women. This paper attempts to explore it from the perspective of social psychology. In the first study, the self-designed multi-angle open questionnaire and the newly compiled gender role scale (CSRI-50) were used to investigate the public's cognition of the outstanding characteristics of "strong girl" and the classification of their gender roles. A total of 475 valid data were collected. The results showed that: (1) the most prominent trait of "strong girl" was independence; (2) in addition to independence, prominent masculine traits are also courageous, open-minded, prominent feminine, loving, compassionate and considerate; (3) according to the Bem gender role classification standard, the scores of "strong girl" in male trait scale and female trait scale were higher than the average value of the scale 4, indicating that "strong girl" belongs to bisexual sex role; (4) the gender, education, marital status and other groups have the same views on the gender role of "strong girl". Based on the empirical study of a pair of empirical phenomena, it is found that the phenomenon of "strong girl" is mainly a manifestation of female independence, but independence does not seem to be the proper meaning of female characteristics. Will this development of anti-gender stereotypes create conflicts and challenges for women? Therefore, in the second study, 8 women with high degree of education and high degree of "strong girl" were regarded as typical cases, in order to explore the understanding of independence of highly independent women.
