【摘要】：夢境主題與軀體健康之間有密切關(guān)系,本研究以中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論為指導,結(jié)合《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中對夢的描述和實踐經(jīng)驗展開對夢境主題與五臟功能之間關(guān)系的研究,以期望編制反映五臟功能失調(diào)的夢境主題問卷。本研究分為兩部分。第一部分是通過理論研究與訪談最終確定夢境主題問卷的初測項目共41題。通過為期兩個月的時間在4所醫(yī)院一所學校共收集數(shù)據(jù)536份。一半數(shù)據(jù)用于初測問卷的項目分析和驗證性因素分析,并通過修正指數(shù)和經(jīng)過標準化的因素載荷值為標準刪除部分不理想的項目,最終確定問卷由19個項目組成。該問卷包括5個部分:與肝相關(guān)夢境主題,與心相關(guān)夢境主題、與脾相關(guān)夢境主題、與肺相關(guān)夢境主題、與腎相關(guān)夢境主題。另一半數(shù)據(jù)用于對修正過的模型進行驗證性因素分析,結(jié)果顯示該模型擬合良好,說明該問卷結(jié)構(gòu)效度良好,通過對問卷內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)和分半信度檢驗的檢驗,結(jié)果顯示問卷信度良好,因此認為該問卷可以作為反映五臟功能失調(diào)的夢境主題問卷工具。研究二以自編問卷為基礎(chǔ),通過對夢境主題的歸納解釋,驗證自編夢境主題問卷反映五臟功能的有效性。通過收集7位被試最近做的夢一例,邀請其對夢境進行完整的描述,研究者對其描述的夢境中預示軀體健康的夢境主題進行提取歸納,與自編問卷條目進行對照,給出被試可能存在的五臟功能狀況,最后請被試主動反饋其身體健康狀態(tài)并與問卷條目進行對比。結(jié)果顯示7位被試的夢境主題反應的軀體情況與其自身的軀體健康狀況大致相符,表明自編的問卷可以作為反映五臟功能失調(diào)的夢境主題問卷。
[Abstract]:There is a close relationship between dream theme and body health. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the description and practical experience of dream in Huangdi Nei Jing, the relationship between dream theme and the function of the five viscera organs was studied in this study. A dream topic questionnaire reflecting the dysfunction of the five viscera organs was compiled with expectation. This research is divided into two parts. The first part is to determine 41 items of dream topic questionnaire through theoretical research and interview. A total of 536 copies of data were collected at a school in 4 hospitals over a two-month period. Half of the data are used in the item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the initial questionnaire, and the questionnaire is composed of 19 items by modifying the index and the standardized factor load value as the standard to delete some unsatisfactory items. The questionnaire includes five parts: liver related dream theme, heart related dream theme, spleen related dream theme, lung related dream theme and kidney related dream theme. The other half of the data was used to validate the modified model. The results showed that the model fitted well, and the validity of the questionnaire was good. The internal consistency coefficient and split-half reliability of the questionnaire were tested. The results showed that the reliability of the questionnaire was good, so the questionnaire could be used as a dream topic questionnaire to reflect the dysfunction of the five viscera. In the second study, based on the self-designed questionnaire, the author verified the validity of the self-designed dream theme questionnaire to reflect the functions of the five viscera organs by summarizing and explaining the dream theme. By collecting a recent dream case of 7 subjects and inviting them to describe the dream completely, the authors extracted and summarized the dream theme of the dream described by them, and compared it with the self-designed questionnaire item. The possible functional status of the five viscera was given. Finally, the subjects were asked to actively feedback their health status and compare with the questionnaire items. The results showed that the somatic state of the dream thematic responses of 7 subjects was roughly consistent with their own physical health, indicating that the self-designed questionnaire could be used as a dream topic questionnaire reflecting the dysfunction of the five viscera organs.
