會(huì)談中咨詢師情緒投入的質(zhì)化研究

【摘要】:咨詢師作為咨詢關(guān)系中二元結(jié)構(gòu)的重要一方,對(duì)咨詢的進(jìn)展無(wú)疑起著非常重要的作用。不管是結(jié)合會(huì)談過(guò)程還是咨詢效果來(lái)看,除了咨詢技術(shù),咨詢師的情緒也不容忽視;從咨詢師職業(yè)倦怠的研究中亦可發(fā)現(xiàn),咨詢師的情緒是其中最重要的關(guān)注點(diǎn)。回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于咨詢師情緒的相關(guān)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)大多只停留在描述層面,很少涉及咨詢師在會(huì)談中的情緒工作過(guò)程,這對(duì)于理解咨詢師變量、認(rèn)識(shí)會(huì)談過(guò)程和促進(jìn)咨詢效果都是不夠的。為更好地理解咨詢師變量,本研究通過(guò)質(zhì)性的方法來(lái)探究咨詢師在會(huì)談過(guò)程中情緒工作的具體過(guò)程,將此現(xiàn)象命名為會(huì)談中咨詢師的情緒投入,并定義其為在會(huì)談中,咨詢師為了促進(jìn)咨詢進(jìn)展,有意識(shí)地對(duì)自身情緒進(jìn)行調(diào)整。選取了具有不同從業(yè)年限、不同取向的咨詢師作為訪談對(duì)象,通過(guò)半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談的方法收集數(shù)據(jù),探索對(duì)會(huì)談中咨詢師情緒投入的理解及其過(guò)程,豐富對(duì)會(huì)談過(guò)程中咨詢師變量的認(rèn)識(shí)。本研究采用協(xié)商一致的質(zhì)化研究方法,對(duì)15位咨詢師的訪談結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)了有兩個(gè)與會(huì)談中咨詢師情緒投入相關(guān)的域,分別是情緒投入的理解和情緒投入的過(guò)程,并形成了會(huì)談中咨詢師情緒投入此概念的界定:在會(huì)談過(guò)程中,咨詢師為了促進(jìn)咨詢(減少或增加對(duì)會(huì)談過(guò)程的影響),有意識(shí)地對(duì)自己的情緒進(jìn)行覺(jué)察和調(diào)整。咨詢師的情緒投入必然發(fā)生,但需要咨詢師有意識(shí)地、主動(dòng)地進(jìn)行覺(jué)察、調(diào)整,且具有適度性,提示了咨詢師要關(guān)注自身在會(huì)談中的情緒投入情況。從研究結(jié)果亦可發(fā)現(xiàn),咨詢師在會(huì)談中的情緒投入會(huì)經(jīng)歷進(jìn)入、喚起、覺(jué)察、調(diào)整及調(diào)整后等階段,在投入的過(guò)程中這些階段可能具有反復(fù)性、跳躍性。這給督導(dǎo)師對(duì)咨詢師在會(huì)談中情緒的關(guān)注、理解和指導(dǎo)提供了方向,也為咨詢師的培訓(xùn)、教育及自我關(guān)照等提供了有用的信息。最后,文章從研究設(shè)計(jì)和研究工具等角度反思了本研究的不足,并對(duì)今后的研究方向提出了設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the dual structure in the consulting relationship, consultants undoubtedly play a very important role in the progress of consultation. In addition to consulting technique, the emotion of consultant can not be ignored, and it can be found from the study of job burnout of consultant that the emotion of consultant is the most important concern. Reviewing the relevant studies on consultants' emotions at home and abroad, it is found that most of them only stay at the descriptive level, and rarely involve the emotional work process of the counselors in the talks, which is helpful to understand the consultant variables. It is not enough to understand the process of the talks and to promote the effectiveness of the consultation. In order to better understand the consultant variables, this study explores the specific process of the emotional work of the consultant in the process of the interview through qualitative methods, which is named as the emotional input of the consultant in the interview, and is defined as the emotional input in the interview. In order to promote counseling progress, counselors consciously adjust their emotions. The consultants with different working years and different orientations were selected as the interview subjects. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews to explore the understanding and process of the consultants' emotional involvement in the talks. Enrich the understanding of the consultant variables in the course of the talks. In this study, a consensus qualitative study was used to analyze the results of 15 consultants. The results show that there are two domains related to the emotional input of the consultant in the interview, namely, the understanding of the emotional input and the process of the emotional engagement, and the definition of the concept of the emotional engagement of the consultant in the interview is formed: in the process of the talks, The counselor consciously perceives and adjusts his emotions in order to facilitate counseling (reducing or increasing the impact on the process). The emotional input of the consultant must occur, but it needs the consultant to consciously, actively detect, adjust, and have a moderate nature, indicating that the consultant should pay attention to their emotional input in the talks. It can also be found from the research results that the emotional involvement of the consultant in the talks will go through the stages of entry arousal awareness adjustment and adjustment which may be repetitive and leaping in the process of input. This provides a direction for the supervisor's attention, understanding and guidance of the consultant's emotions during the interview, and also provides useful information for the consultant's training, education and self-care. Finally, the paper reflects on the deficiency of this study from the point of view of research design and research tools, and puts forward a tentative plan for the future research direction.
