新手咨詢(xún)師朋輩互助團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)模型的構(gòu)建與研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的督導(dǎo)工作起步晚,督導(dǎo)工作缺乏完善的督導(dǎo)制度,而且地區(qū)發(fā)展也極不平衡。由于督導(dǎo)資源的缺乏,培訓(xùn)大多是一次性的團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)形式,系統(tǒng)的個(gè)別督導(dǎo)非常少。在新手咨詢(xún)師急切的個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)需求和這種背景下,衍生出團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)的一種變式,即朋輩團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)。不同于有督導(dǎo)師參與的團(tuán)體督導(dǎo),朋輩團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)是一組咨詢(xún)師組織討論關(guān)于心理治療的各種情感體驗(yàn),小組中的朋輩都是平等地位。本文嘗試建構(gòu)新手咨詢(xún)師朋輩互助團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)模型,旨在探討該模型對(duì)高校心理咨詢(xún)師、社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)心理咨詢(xún)師以及心理醫(yī)生的可行性與有效性。本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、量表本土化、實(shí)驗(yàn)法,以江西省18名心理咨詢(xún)師為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,進(jìn)行一學(xué)期的督導(dǎo)模型實(shí)踐,驗(yàn)證新手咨詢(xún)師朋輩互助團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)模型在個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)與技能發(fā)展的效果。研究結(jié)果表明:在新手咨詢(xún)師朋輩互助團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)模型中,相對(duì)于對(duì)照組,實(shí)踐該模型的實(shí)驗(yàn)組咨詢(xún)師都提高了咨詢(xún)技能并且有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上的顯著差異;各組咨詢(xún)師的個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)都沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上的顯著差異,但是實(shí)驗(yàn)組的咨詢(xún)師,后測(cè)平均分都高于前測(cè)。研究結(jié)論是新手咨詢(xún)師朋輩互助團(tuán)體督導(dǎo)模型可以有效的提升新手心理咨詢(xún)師的技能發(fā)展以及促進(jìn)個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Our country's supervision work starts late, the supervision work lacks the perfect supervision system, and the regional development is also extremely unbalanced. Due to the lack of supervision resources, training is mostly a one-time form of group supervision, the system of individual supervision is very little. Under the background of novice consultants' urgent personal growth demand and this background, a variation of group supervision is derived, that is, peer group supervision. Different from group supervision with the participation of supervisors, peer group supervision is a group of consultants to discuss various emotional experiences about psychotherapy, and the peers in the group are all equal. This paper attempts to construct a peer group supervision model for novice counselors, in order to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the model for college psychological counselors, social organization counsellors and psychologists. This research mainly adopts the literature method, the investigation method, the scale localization, the experimental method, takes 18 psychological counsellors in Jiangxi Province as the experimental object, carries on the one term supervision model practice, To verify the effectiveness of peer group supervision model for novice consultants in personal growth and skills development. The results showed that: in the peer group supervision model of novice counselors, compared with the control group, the consultants in the experimental group who practiced the model improved their consulting skills and had significant differences in statistics; There was no statistically significant difference in individual growth among the counsellors, but the average scores of posttest counsellors in the experimental group were higher than those in the pre-test group. The conclusion of the study is that the peer group supervision model of novice counselors can effectively improve the skills development of novice counselors and promote personal growth.
