中學(xué)生無保護(hù)性行為的認(rèn)知行為治療的隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究

【摘要】:目的:檢驗(yàn)個(gè)體認(rèn)知行為治療對(duì)發(fā)生過無保護(hù)性行為中學(xué)生的無保護(hù)性行為、性態(tài)度的干預(yù)效果。方法:選取湖南長沙4所中學(xué)的1362名學(xué)生,篩選出發(fā)生過無保護(hù)性行為的學(xué)生68人[青少年健康相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)行為問卷(HBICA)無保護(hù)性行為分量表(US)得分≥1],隨機(jī)分配為認(rèn)知行為治療組(CBT組)和對(duì)照組,每組34人。由咨詢師對(duì)CBT組進(jìn)行一對(duì)一的認(rèn)知行為治療。治療采用會(huì)談形式,每周1次,每次50~60 min。在此期間對(duì)照組不接受來自咨詢師的干預(yù)措施。以US、性態(tài)度量表中文版(ATSS)為評(píng)估工具,對(duì)所有入組對(duì)象在基線水平、干預(yù)后1個(gè)月、干預(yù)后3個(gè)月進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果:CBT組US得分的減分率分析結(jié)果顯示,治療有效率在80%以上。混合線性模型分析結(jié)果顯示,US及ATSS評(píng)分的分組處理、測量時(shí)間、分組處理及測量時(shí)間的交互作用均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。簡單效應(yīng)分析表明,CBT組的US、ATSS得分自干預(yù)后1個(gè)月開始低于基線測試水平[(2.2±2.9)vs.(4.7±3.1),(3.2±1.6)vs.(4.7±3.1);(38.2±4.9)vs.(40.9±5.1),(37.2±5.4)vs.(40.9±5.1),均P0.01],對(duì)照組3次US、ATSS測量得分的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。在干預(yù)后1個(gè)月、干預(yù)后3個(gè)月,兩組間US、ATSS得分差異的效應(yīng)量均達(dá)到中等以上水平(Cohen's d=0.50~0.70)。結(jié)論:個(gè)體認(rèn)知行為治療對(duì)發(fā)生過無保護(hù)性行為中學(xué)生的無保護(hù)性行為、性態(tài)度有較好的干預(yù)效果。
