【摘要】：目的對(duì)云南省高校離退休人群心理健康狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,提出提高離退休人員心理健康水平的對(duì)策。方法對(duì)云南省15所高校的926名離退休人員進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,采用因子分析法、綜合評(píng)分法對(duì)影響心理健康的因素進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果云南省高校離退休人員心理健康狀況總得分3.25,心理健康水平總體偏低,對(duì)心理健康的影響程度大小依次為:人際關(guān)系、個(gè)性、認(rèn)知、意志、情感。結(jié)論高校要開展豐富多彩的文體活動(dòng),豐富老年人的精神文化生活,加大對(duì)高齡、病殘和空巢老人的照顧,為其搭建老有所為的平臺(tái),提高離退休人員的心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status of retired people in colleges and universities in Yunnan province and to put forward countermeasures to improve the mental health level of retired people. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 926 retirees from 15 colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. The factors affecting mental health were analyzed quantitatively by factor analysis and comprehensive scoring method. Results the total score of mental health of retired persons in Yunnan Province was 3.25, the level of mental health was on the low side, and the degree of influence on mental health was as follows: interpersonal relationship, personality, cognition, will and emotion. Conclusion Colleges and universities should carry out rich and colorful sports activities, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly, increase the care for the elderly, the sick and the disabled, and empty nesters, so as to set up a platform for the elderly to do well and improve the mental health of retired people.
