【摘要】：職業(yè)教育心理學(xué)課程建設(shè)存在課程地位邊緣化、教材體系龐雜化、教學(xué)內(nèi)容普教化、教學(xué)方法程式化、師資隊伍單一化等問題,嚴(yán)重制約其在職教師資培養(yǎng)過程中作用的發(fā)揮。要采取有效措施,進一步提升職業(yè)教育心理學(xué)課程建設(shè)的水平:學(xué)校和師生要高度重視,突出課程地位的重要性;體現(xiàn)職教特點,凸顯教材體系的先進性;以學(xué)習(xí)心理與教學(xué)心理為主線,彰顯教學(xué)內(nèi)容的職業(yè)性;理論聯(lián)系實際,加強教學(xué)方法的實踐性;優(yōu)化教師隊伍,提高師資建設(shè)的有效性;強化教學(xué)研究,提升課程發(fā)展的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:There are some problems in the course construction of vocational education psychology, such as the marginalization of curriculum status, the multitudinous teaching material system, the popularization of teaching content, the stylization of teaching methods and the singleness of teaching staff, etc., which seriously restrict its function in the process of vocational education teachers' training. Effective measures should be taken to further enhance the level of curriculum construction of vocational education psychology: schools and teachers and students should attach great importance to the importance of curriculum status, embody the characteristics of vocational education, highlight the advanced nature of the teaching material system, and take effective measures to further enhance the level of curriculum construction in vocational education. Taking learning psychology and teaching psychology as the main line, showing the professional nature of teaching content, combining theory with practice, strengthening the practicality of teaching methods, optimizing the teaching staff, improving the effectiveness of teachers' construction, strengthening teaching research, To improve the scientific nature of curriculum development.
