【摘要】：γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中最重要的抑制性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì),在維持大腦的興奮-抑制平衡中起到重要作用。越來越多的臨床和基礎(chǔ)研究顯示抑郁癥與各種GABA能神經(jīng)元活動(dòng)不足相關(guān),抗抑郁藥物可以緩解或恢復(fù)上述變化。GABA能系統(tǒng)延遲發(fā)育至成年早期基本成熟。應(yīng)激,尤其是早期應(yīng)激是抑郁癥發(fā)病的重要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,可以通過擾動(dòng)GABA能系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育軌跡從而造成對(duì)該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的持續(xù)后果,并與后期抑郁癥易感密切相關(guān)。未來的研究需要進(jìn)一步鑒別二者之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而提出以GABA能系統(tǒng)為靶標(biāo)的抑郁癥治療新策略。
[Abstract]:緯 -aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the most important inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system and plays an important role in maintaining the excitation-inhibition balance in the brain. More and more clinical and basic studies show that depression is associated with low activity of various GABA neurons. Antidepressants can alleviate or recover these changes. Stress, especially early stress, is an important risk factor for the onset of depression, which can cause persistent consequences to the structure and function of the GABA system by disturbing the developmental trajectory of the system, and is closely related to the susceptibility to late depression. Future studies need to further identify the relationship between the two, and then propose a new strategy for the treatment of depression with GABA energy system as the target.
