【摘要】：新一代測量理論在測驗設計、計量分析和結果解釋等方面,都強調(diào)將認知科學與心理計量學相結合。文章基于貝葉斯網(wǎng)對定性的認知模型(屬性層級)建立概率模型,并將其整合到認知診斷模型中,可實現(xiàn)認知模型與計量模型相結合進行診斷數(shù)據(jù)分析。采用MCMC算法分析帶分數(shù)減法數(shù)據(jù),比較不同屬性結構下模型的表現(xiàn),結果表明基于貝葉斯網(wǎng)構建的認知診斷模型可提供豐富且有效的診斷信息,可為驗證認知模型提供一種途徑。
[Abstract]:The new generation of measurement theory emphasizes the combination of cognitive science and psychometrics in the aspects of test design, econometric analysis and interpretation of results. In this paper, the probability model of qualitative cognitive model (attribute hierarchy) is established based on Bayesian network, and it is integrated into the cognitive diagnosis model. The combination of cognitive model and econometric model can be used to analyze the diagnostic data. The MCMC algorithm is used to analyze the data with fractional subtraction, and the performance of the model under different attribute structures is compared. The results show that the cognitive diagnosis model based on Bayesian network can provide rich and effective diagnostic information. It can provide a way to verify the cognitive model.
