時(shí)間管理團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)工讀生心理健康影響的研究
[Abstract]:The tendency of time management is an important factor affecting mental health. The purpose of this paper is to find out the time management and mental health problems of middle school students. Verify the influence of time management group counseling on mental health. This research is divided into two parts. In the first part, 246 junior middle school students in a city middle school in Wuhan and 37 junior high school students in a working-study middle school were selected as subjects. In the second study, the students were divided into the experimental group and the control group, and 10 students in the experimental group were treated with time management group counseling. The intervention was carried out 7 times. The theme of each unit was to meet each other for thousands of miles, my time values. Time implementation of life, my time I make GTD time management method, refuse procrastination, smile for the future. The main goal of the first unit is to build relationships, to create groups, and to share gains, look forward to the future, return to reality and deal with parting emotions. The purpose of the first five different themes is to create a warm group atmosphere, and from three aspects: self-awareness of time values, ability of time monitoring and confidence in time management. It is also according to Huang Xiting's theory of time management tendency in the three dimensions of the sense of time value time monitoring sense of time efficacy to set up the theme to improve the member's tendency of time management. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the main effect of grade on time management and mental health is significant, but the main effect of gender variable and the interaction effect of sex and grade are not significant. 2) the level of time management tendency of work-study students and city students is not significant. There were significant differences in the degree of mental health, the level of time management tendency and the degree of mental health of work-study students were lower than those of municipal students, while the factor of compulsive symptoms was the only factor that the average score of urban middle school students was higher than that of work-based middle school students. It is suggested that there may be more obsessive-compulsive symptoms in urban middle school students. 3) there is a significant negative correlation between time management tendency and mental health among middle school students, and time management tendency can predict mental health negatively. The explanatory power of time management tendency to mental health was 11. Time monitoring view (10.70% explanation power) was the main predictor of time management tendency. After intervention, time management tendency and time monitoring view were measured before and after intervention. After intervention, there were significant differences in mental health, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and hostility between the two groups.
