【摘要】：道路交通事故是當(dāng)前許多國(guó)家一個(gè)重要的公共健康問(wèn)題。交通安全是人民生命安全的保障之一。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的發(fā)展，近年來(lái)我國(guó)公路客運(yùn)發(fā)展迅速，公路客運(yùn)所具備的方便、快捷的等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，使其在我國(guó)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中發(fā)揮著愈來(lái)愈重要的作用。在保障交通安全的研究中，人因無(wú)非是最重要的一個(gè)原因，駕駛員以及交通從業(yè)人員的人格特征對(duì)交通安全產(chǎn)生著重要的影響。 本調(diào)查通過(guò)對(duì)遼寧省長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行大五人格量表測(cè)試，旨在了解長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)從業(yè)人員的人格特征，為選拔合格的長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)從業(yè)人員提供心理學(xué)的依據(jù)，最終目的是為了保證長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)安全，有效地預(yù)防交通事故，增強(qiáng)公共交通的安全性。 通過(guò)對(duì)遼寧省長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)從業(yè)人員人格健康水平進(jìn)行整體分析以及對(duì)比分析得出結(jié)論如下：遼寧省的長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)從業(yè)人員整體人格健康水平與常模比較無(wú)顯著差異，均屬于正常范圍。說(shuō)明遼寧省長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)人員的外傾性、宜人性、盡責(zé)性、神經(jīng)質(zhì)、開(kāi)放性這幾個(gè)人格特征均屬于正常水平。通過(guò)對(duì)三類長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，其中駕駛員宜人性和盡責(zé)性最高，神經(jīng)質(zhì)最低，這完全符合駕駛員工作性質(zhì)的需求，但是駕駛員的外傾性是最高的，有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)性格外向也是導(dǎo)致交通事故的一個(gè)原因，因此，定期開(kāi)展心理培訓(xùn)，提高他們的心理素質(zhì)，以促進(jìn)其心理健康，培養(yǎng)他們健康的情緒反應(yīng)和良好的自控能力，避免和減少行車事故的發(fā)生。另外發(fā)現(xiàn)乘務(wù)員的宜人性和盡責(zé)性較低，而乘務(wù)員的工作性質(zhì)需要其具備較高的宜人性和盡責(zé)性。因此，也需要定期對(duì)乘務(wù)員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，并在招聘乘務(wù)員時(shí)確保其具有良好的宜人性和盡責(zé)性兩個(gè)人格特征。
[Abstract]:Road traffic accident is an important public health problem in many countries. Traffic safety is one of the guarantee of people's life safety. With the development of economy and technology, highway passenger transport in China has been developing rapidly in recent years, which has the advantages of convenience and rapidity, which makes it play an increasingly important role in the social and economic life of our country. In the research of ensuring traffic safety, human factor is the most important reason, and the personality characteristics of drivers and traffic practitioners have an important impact on traffic safety. The purpose of this investigation is to find out the personality characteristics of long distance passenger transport practitioners and to provide psychological basis for the selection of qualified long distance passenger transport practitioners by using the Big five Personality scale for the long distance passenger transport practitioners in Liaoning Province. The ultimate purpose is to ensure the safety of long-distance passenger transport, effectively prevent traffic accidents, and enhance the safety of public transport. Through the overall analysis and comparative analysis of the personality health level of the long distance passenger transport practitioners in Liaoning Province, the following conclusions are drawn: there is no significant difference between the overall personality health level of the long distance passenger transport practitioners in Liaoning Province and the norm. All belong to the normal range. It shows that the personality characteristics of Liaoning long-distance passenger transport personnel are extraversion, humanity, due diligence, neuroticism and openness, all of which belong to the normal level. Through the comparative analysis of the three types of long-distance passenger transport employees, the drivers are found to have the highest degree of humanity and due diligence, and the lowest neuroticism, which fully meets the needs of the drivers' working nature, but the extroversion of the drivers is the highest. Some studies have found that extroversion is also one of the causes of traffic accidents. Therefore, regular psychological training is carried out to improve their psychological quality in order to promote their mental health and develop their healthy emotional response and good self-control ability. Avoid and reduce traffic accidents. In addition, it is found that the crew has a lower degree of humanity and due diligence, while the nature of the crew's work requires a higher degree of humanity and due diligence. Therefore, there is also a need to train flight attendants on a regular basis and to ensure that they have good personality traits of humanity and due diligence when recruiting flight attendants.
