【摘要】：在自殺人際理論中,自殺能力作為核心成分之一,能夠?qū)⒂凶詺⒁饽畹珱]有自殺行為執(zhí)行能力的個體和有自殺意念并且最終自殺死亡的個體區(qū)分開來。自殺能力這一結(jié)構(gòu)的存在已被大量研究直接或間接的證實。然而,目前國內(nèi)尚沒有研究對自殺能力的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行探索或者對自殺能力進(jìn)行測量。綜上所述,本研究將(1)修訂Joiner及其團(tuán)隊成員編制的用以測量自殺能力的自殺能力量表,并檢驗自殺能力量表中文版的因子結(jié)構(gòu)和信效度。(2)應(yīng)用修訂的自殺能力量表和人際需要問卷在中國大學(xué)生群體中對自殺人際理論的理論模型進(jìn)行驗證。本文包含以下三個研究:研究一:在大學(xué)生樣本中對自殺能力量表進(jìn)行修訂。首先對自殺能力量表的部分條目進(jìn)行翻譯和回譯,并且查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)對原有量表進(jìn)行了擴(kuò)充編寫后形成了量表的正式施測版。通過兩次項目分析、兩次驗證性因素分析最終確定了一個兩因素結(jié)構(gòu)(死亡無畏和疼痛耐受),12個條目的自殺能力量表中文版。以403名大學(xué)生作為被試對量表的信效度進(jìn)行了分析,自殺能力量表中文版的內(nèi)部一致性信度和重測信度都在0.700以上,量表具有較好的信度和效度。研究二:以歸屬感受挫和累贅感知作為自變量,當(dāng)前的自殺意念作為因變量,在642名大學(xué)生樣本中探索了自殺人際理論中兩個人際變量(也即,歸屬感受挫和累贅感知)與自殺意念的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示:歸屬感受挫和累贅感知與當(dāng)前的自殺意念顯著相關(guān)。在控制了年齡、性別和抑郁癥狀的條件下,歸屬感受挫和累贅感知的交互作用顯著的預(yù)測了當(dāng)前的自殺意念。研究三:以人際需要受損(歸屬感受挫和累贅感知)和自殺能力作為自變量,自殺風(fēng)險作為因變量,在642名大學(xué)生樣本中探索了自殺人際理論的三個變量,也即,歸屬感受挫、累贅感知和自殺能力與自殺風(fēng)險的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示:自殺能力與自殺風(fēng)險之間沒有顯著相關(guān)。與預(yù)期結(jié)果不一致的是,人際需要受損和自殺能力的交互作用沒有顯著預(yù)測自殺風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:In the interpersonal theory of suicide, the ability to commit suicide, as one of the core components, can distinguish between individuals with suicidal ideation but no ability to execute suicidal behavior and individuals with suicidal ideation and ultimate suicide. The existence of this structure has been confirmed directly or indirectly by a large number of studies. However, there is no research on the internal structure of suicide ability or the measurement of suicide ability. To sum up, this study will (1) revise the suicide ability scale developed by Joiner and his team members to measure suicide ability. The factor structure and reliability validity of the Chinese version of suicide ability scale were tested. (2) the revised suicide ability scale and interpersonal needs questionnaire were used to verify the theoretical model of suicide interpersonal theory in Chinese college students. This paper includes the following three studies: first, the suicide ability scale was revised in college students' samples. First, some items of the suicide ability scale are translated and translated back, and the formal test version of the scale is formed by consulting the relevant literature to expand and compile the original scale. Through two item analysis and two confirmatory factor analysis, a two-factor structure (death fearlessness and pain tolerance), 12 items of Chinese version of suicide ability scale was determined. Using 403 college students as subjects, the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. The internal consistency reliability and test-retest reliability of the Chinese version of suicide ability scale were above 0.700, and the scale had better reliability and validity. Study 2: using frustration of belonging and burdensome perception as independent variables and current suicidal ideation as dependent variables, two interpersonal variables in suicide interpersonal theory were explored in a sample of 642 college students. The relationship between sense of belonging frustration and burdensome perception and suicidal ideation. The results showed that frustration and burdensome perception of belonging were significantly associated with current suicidal ideation. After controlling for age, gender, and depression symptoms, the interaction of frustration and burdensome perception significantly predicted the current suicidal ideation. Study 3: taking interpersonal needs impairment (belonging frustration and burdensome perception) and suicide ability as independent variables and suicide risk as dependent variables, we explored three variables of suicide interpersonal theory in a sample of 642 college students, that is, frustration of belonging. Relationship between burden perception and suicide ability and suicide risk. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between suicide ability and suicide risk. Inconsistent with the expected results, the interaction between impaired interpersonal needs and suicidal ability did not significantly predict the risk of suicide.
