【摘要】：以128個(gè)工作團(tuán)隊(duì)為研究樣本,對(duì)包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新行為的影響,以及團(tuán)隊(duì)心理安全感的中介作用進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明:包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)心理安全感、團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新行為存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,團(tuán)隊(duì)心理安全感在包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新行為之間起到部分中介作用�；诖�,團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者通過(guò)積極塑造包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格,加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的心理安全感,營(yíng)造鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新的團(tuán)隊(duì)氛圍,從而有利于提高團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新行為,為組織發(fā)展帶來(lái)新活力,實(shí)現(xiàn)組織的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the inclusive leadership and the team psychological security, the team innovation behavior, the team psychological security in the inclusive leadership, and the group's psychological security. The results show that there are 128 work teams as the research samples. Based on this, the team leaders strengthen the psychological security of the team members and create a team atmosphere encouraging innovation by actively shaping the inclusive leadership style, thus improving the team innovation behavior, bringing new vitality to the organization development and realizing the sustainable development of the organization.
