【摘要】：采用自我參照范式考察邊緣性人格障礙(BPD)的自我反思特點。實驗1對比高、低BPD特質(zhì)被試在自我和姓名參照條件下正負性詞匯的再認成績,發(fā)現(xiàn)高BPD特質(zhì)者在自我參照條件下的負性詞匯記憶成績顯著高于低BPD特質(zhì)組。實驗2對高BPD特質(zhì)被試進行正念自我反思訓練,結果發(fā)現(xiàn)相對于對照組,訓練組在自我參照條件下負性詞匯的記憶成績顯著降低。高BPD特質(zhì)者的自我反思存在負性沉浸傾向,且正念自我反思訓練可以改善該傾向。
[Abstract]:The self-reflective characteristics of borderline personality disorder (bpd) were investigated by self-reference paradigm. In experiment 1, the positive and negative lexical recognition scores of the subjects with high and low bpd traits were compared under the condition of self and name reference. It was found that the negative lexical memory scores of the subjects with high bpd trait were significantly higher than those with low bpd trait group. In experiment 2, the subjects with high bpd trait were trained in mindfulness self-reflection. The results showed that the negative vocabulary memory scores in the training group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There is a negative immersion tendency in self-reflection of high bpd, and mindfulness self-reflection training can improve this tendency.
