初中生心理虐待對(duì)心理健康影響因素的結(jié)構(gòu)模型研究

【摘要】:目的探討初中生兒童期心理虐待與心理健康的關(guān)系,并研究依戀和學(xué)校歸屬感對(duì)心理健康影響作用,為學(xué)生心理健康的預(yù)防和干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法本研究在理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,隨機(jī)抽取贛州市506名初中生,使用兒童期心理虐待量表、青少年父母同伴依戀問(wèn)卷、中學(xué)生學(xué)校歸屬感問(wèn)卷和癥狀自評(píng)量表進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,用SPSS19.0和Amos17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果性別在心理虐待維度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.676,P0.05),是否擔(dān)任班干部在父親依戀(t=1.390,P0.05)和學(xué)校歸屬感(t=1.052,P0.01)變量中得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,獨(dú)生子女和非獨(dú)生子女在父親依戀得分的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.286,P0.01)。心理虐待和母親依戀、父親依戀、同伴依戀、學(xué)校歸屬感呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與心理健康相關(guān)顯著,呈正相關(guān)。依戀、學(xué)校歸屬感在心理虐待對(duì)心理健康的關(guān)系中的中介效應(yīng)顯著。結(jié)論學(xué)校歸屬感、依戀在心理虐待和心理健康中起完全中介作用,所假設(shè)模型成立。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between childhood psychological abuse and mental health of junior high school students, and to study the effect of attachment and school belonging on mental health so as to provide evidence for the prevention and intervention of students' mental health. Methods on the basis of theoretical study, 506 junior middle school students in Ganzhou were randomly selected by random cluster sampling method. Children's psychological abuse scale and adolescent parent peer attachment questionnaire were used. Middle school students' school sense of belonging questionnaire and symptom Checklist (SCL-90) were investigated. SPSS 19.0 and Amos17.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results there was significant difference in the dimension of psychological abuse between the two sexes (t = 0.676P 0.05), and there was a significant difference in the scores of father attachment (t = 1.390) and school belonging (t = 1.052 / P0.01). There was significant difference in the scores of father attachment between only child and non-only child (t = 0.286, P 0.01). Psychological abuse was negatively correlated with maternal attachment, father attachment, peer attachment, and school belonging, but positively correlated with mental health. Attachment and school sense of belonging play a significant role in the relationship between psychological abuse and mental health. Conclusion School sense of belonging and attachment play a completely mediating role in mental abuse and mental health, and the hypothetical model is valid.
