【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查初中生的焦慮抑郁情緒以及生活方式現(xiàn)狀,并探討二者之間的關(guān)系,為開展心理健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法:選取上海市1597例初中生,年齡10~17歲,采用7項廣泛性焦慮障礙量表(GAD-7)、9項患者健康問卷抑郁癥狀群量表(PHQ-9)、青少年生活方式量表(CALS)分別測量其焦慮情緒、抑郁情緒及生活方式。結(jié)果:學(xué)生焦慮、抑郁情緒檢出率分別為16.4%和17.2%,GAD-7得分、PHQ-9得分與CALS飲食習(xí)慣因子得分、睡眠狀況因子得分、衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣因子得分、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣因子得分、體育鍛煉因子得分、娛樂活動因子得分、人際關(guān)系因子得分、應(yīng)對方式因子得分、生活滿意度因子得分均存在負相關(guān)(-0.57≤r≤-0.15,均P0.01)。多元逐步回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)CALS睡眠狀況因子得分、生活滿意度因子得分、體育鍛煉因子得分對GAD-7得分具有負向預(yù)測作用(β=-0.17,-0.15,-0.05;均P0.05),衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣因子得分對GAD-7得分具有正向預(yù)測作用(β=0.08;P0.001);睡眠狀況因子得分、生活滿意度因子得分、飲食習(xí)慣因子得分對PHQ-9得分具有負向預(yù)測作用(β=-0.21,-0.16,-0.06;均P0.05)。結(jié)論:初中生的焦慮抑郁情緒與生活方式相關(guān),生活方式中的部分因子對其有一定的預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the present situation of anxiety and depression and lifestyle of junior high school students, and to explore the relationship between them so as to provide basis for mental health education. Methods: 1597 junior high school students in Shanghai, aged 10 to 17 years old, were selected and their anxiety was measured by 7 generalized anxiety disorder scale (GAD-7) and 9 patients' depression symptom group scale (PHQ-9) and adolescent lifestyle scale (cals).
