【摘要】：目的探討青年鄰里秩序性評價、攻擊性與睡眠質量之間的關系,并闡明三者間的相互作用機制。方法通過方便取樣的方法選取全國各省青年共計928人,選用自編的《鄰里秩序性評價問卷》、《Buss和Perry攻擊問卷中文版》以及《匹茲堡睡眠指數(shù)問卷》對青年被試進行問卷調查。結果(1)自編的青年鄰里秩序性評價問卷內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)為0.80,分半信度為0.62；(2)青年鄰里秩序性評價存在性別、戶籍來源地和年齡方面的顯著差異；(3)青年攻擊性存在性別、戶籍來源地、獨生子女、宗教信仰以及年齡方面的顯著差異；(4)青年睡眠質量問題主要依次表現(xiàn)在日間功能障礙、主觀睡眠質量差、入睡時間長和出現(xiàn)睡眠障礙方面,并存在性別、戶籍來源地、獨生子女、宗教信仰以及年齡方面的顯著差異；(5)青年鄰里秩序性評價、攻擊性與睡眠質量兩兩相關顯著；結論自編的青年鄰里秩序性評價問卷具有良好的信效度；青年睡眠質量狀況不容樂觀；青年鄰里秩序性評價會影響個體的攻擊性和睡眠質量,而攻擊性也會影響睡眠質量；鄰里秩序性評價可以直接作用于睡眠質量,也可以通過攻擊性的中介作用間接作用于睡眠質量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between youth neighborhood order evaluation, aggression and sleep quality, and to clarify the interaction mechanism among them. Methods 928 young people from all provinces were selected by the convenient sampling method. The questionnaire of neighborhood order evaluation, the Chinese version of Buss and Perry's aggression questionnaire and the Pittsburgh Sleep Index questionnaire were used to investigate the youth. Results (1) the internal consistency coefficient was 0.80 and the split-half reliability was 0.62; (2) there were significant differences in gender, domicile origin and age in the evaluation of youth neighborhood order; (3) there were gender differences in youth aggression. There were significant differences in the origin of household registration, the only child, religious belief and age. (4) the sleep quality problems of young people were mainly manifested in daytime dysfunction, poor subjective sleep quality, long sleep time and sleep disorder. There were significant differences in gender, domicile origin, only child, religious belief and age. (5) Youth neighborhood order evaluation, aggression and sleep quality were significantly correlated; Conclusion the self-designed questionnaire has good reliability and validity, the condition of youth sleep quality is not optimistic, the evaluation of youth neighborhood order will affect individual aggression and sleep quality, and aggression will also affect sleep quality. Neighborhood order evaluation can directly affect sleep quality, but also indirectly affect sleep quality through aggressive intermediary.
