情緒彈性在正念訓(xùn)練改善心境中的作用

【摘要】:正正念是對此時此刻有意識地、不評判地注意~[1]。正念訓(xùn)練能顯著改善心境~[2-3],可能包含兩種途徑:(1)增加積極情緒。如悲傷時揚(yáng)起嘴角微笑來改善心境;(2)從消極情緒中恢復(fù)。如從悲傷事件中提取有利因素調(diào)節(jié)心境。增加積極情緒能力和消極情緒恢復(fù)能力統(tǒng)稱為情緒彈性~[4]。研究~[5]顯示,情緒彈性可中介正念水平與情緒之間關(guān)系。本研究設(shè)置雙盲隨機(jī)對照實(shí)驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步考察在正念訓(xùn)練改善心境過程中情緒彈性所起的作用。
[Abstract]:Mindfulness is conscious and uncritical attention to the present moment. Mindfulness training can significantly improve mood [2-3] and may involve two ways to increase positive mood. Lift a smile in your mouth to improve your mood when you are sad.) recover from negative emotions. Such as the extraction of favorable factors from sad events to regulate mood. Increasing the ability of positive emotion and negative emotion recovery is called emotional elasticity [4]. Studies [5] show that emotional elasticity mediates the relationship between mindfulness and emotion. In this study, a double-blind randomized controlled trial was conducted to investigate the role of emotional elasticity in the process of mindfulness training.
