微信使用強(qiáng)度對生活滿意度的影響:線上社會支持、社會比較傾向的中介和調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:微信的使用已逐漸成為人們的日常活動之一,其作為騰訊公司于2011年正式推出的一款社交網(wǎng)站類應(yīng)用在近幾年來廣受熱捧,成為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域迄今增速最快的應(yīng)用及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)。使用者們從微信中所獲得的心理因素以及由此帶來的對生活滿意度的影響有待深入的研究。許多研究表明,社會支持、社會比較傾向與生活滿意度之間存在密切的聯(lián)系,但是在社交網(wǎng)站背景下所獲得的的社會支持(線上社會支持)與生活滿意度之間的關(guān)系值得進(jìn)一步探討。本研究以社交網(wǎng)站之一微信的使用強(qiáng)度、線上社會支持、社會比較傾向以及生活滿意度等因素為出發(fā)點,以大學(xué)生微信使用者為調(diào)查對象,了解其微信使用的強(qiáng)度、線上社會支持、社會比較傾向以及生活滿意度的總體水平,探討微信使用強(qiáng)度、線上社會支持、社會比較傾向及生活滿意度之間的關(guān)系,以期為社交網(wǎng)站使用者通過使用行為獲得更多有益于身心健康的利益及提高生活滿意度提高科學(xué)可靠的依據(jù),并為后續(xù)研究者在該領(lǐng)域的研究提供借鑒。本研究共分為兩部分,第一部分根據(jù)國外社交網(wǎng)站的相關(guān)研究,對測量線上社會支持的量表進(jìn)行修訂,以適應(yīng)微信這一社交網(wǎng)站的特殊環(huán)境;第二部分探討大學(xué)生微信使用強(qiáng)度、線上社會支持、社會比較傾向及生活滿意度之間的影響關(guān)系。方法:第一部分對線上社會支持量表進(jìn)行翻譯和預(yù)測,通過探索性因素分析和驗證性因素分析對其信度和效度進(jìn)行檢驗;第二部分采用簡單隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對來自成都市幾所高校的350名大學(xué)生微信使用者進(jìn)行微信使用強(qiáng)度、線上社會支持、社會比較傾向及生活滿意度的問卷調(diào)查,并對回收的310份有效問卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。數(shù)據(jù)分析所采用的主要軟件為Amos17.0、SPSS20.0及其PROCESS插件。研究結(jié)論如下:第一,修訂后的線上社會支持量表具有較好的信度和效度,適用于微信這一社交網(wǎng)站背景下的測量。第二,在微信使用強(qiáng)度上,被試的微信好友數(shù)量及日均使用時間維持在中等水平,且對微信的情感投入程度較高,總體來說,被試的微信使用強(qiáng)度水平較高;被試線上社會支持較高,社會比較傾向和生活滿意度處于中等水平。第三,被試微信使用強(qiáng)度在年齡、文化水平上存在顯著差異,其中年齡在22歲以上的使用者、研究生學(xué)歷使用者微信使用強(qiáng)度最高;線上社會支持在年齡和文化水平上存在顯著差異;社會比較傾向在年齡上存在顯著差異。第四,除線上社會支持與社會比較傾向之間不存在顯著相關(guān)外,被試微信使用強(qiáng)度、線上社會支持、社會比較傾向與生活滿意度之間存在顯著的兩兩正相關(guān)相關(guān);微信使用強(qiáng)度與線上社會支持、社會比較傾向之間呈顯著性正相關(guān)。第五,微信使用強(qiáng)度對生活滿意度具有預(yù)測作用;線上社會支持在微信使用強(qiáng)度與生活滿意度之間起到中介的作用,社會比較傾向調(diào)節(jié)了線上社會支持的中介作用。
[Abstract]:The use of WeChat has become one of the daily activities of people. As a social networking site launched by Tencent in 2011, WeChat has gained popularity in recent years and has become the fastest growing application and Internet service in the Internet to date. The psychological factors obtained by users from WeChat and their impact on life satisfaction need further study. Many studies have shown that there is a close link between social support, social preference and life satisfaction. However, the relationship between social support (online social support) and life satisfaction in the context of social networking sites is worth further discussion. The purpose of this study was to find out the intensity of WeChat, one of the social networking sites, social support, social comparison tendency and life satisfaction. Online social support, social comparison tendency and the overall level of life satisfaction. The relationship between WeChat use intensity, online social support, social comparison tendency and life satisfaction was discussed. The purpose of this study is to provide a scientific and reliable basis for users of social networking sites to gain more benefits beneficial to physical and mental health and to improve their satisfaction with life by using behavior, and to provide reference for further research in this field. This research is divided into two parts. In the first part, according to the relevant research of foreign social networking sites, the scale of measuring online social support is revised to adapt to the special environment of WeChat. The second part discusses the influence of WeChat use intensity, online social support, social comparison tendency and life satisfaction. Methods: in the first part, the online social support scale was translated and predicted. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 350 college students from several universities in Chengdu on WeChat usage intensity, online social support, social comparison tendency and life satisfaction, and 310 valid questionnaires were collected for statistical analysis. The main software used in data analysis is Amos 17.0 SPSS 20.0 and its process plug-in. The conclusions are as follows: first, the revised online Social support scale has good reliability and validity, which is suitable for the measurement of WeChat, a social network. Secondly, on the strength of WeChat, the number of WeChat friends and the average daily use time of WeChat were kept at the medium level, and the affective investment degree of WeChat was high. On the whole, the WeChat intensity of the subjects was high; The social support was higher, the social comparison tendency and life satisfaction were in the medium level. Thirdly, there were significant differences in the age and culture level of WeChat use intensity, among which the users over 22 years old and the users with graduate education had the highest WeChat use intensity. There are significant differences in age and education level in online social support, and significant difference in age in social comparison tendency. Fourth, there is no significant correlation between online social support and social comparative tendency, and there is a significant positive correlation between online social support, online social support and life satisfaction. There was a significant positive correlation between WeChat use intensity and online social support and social comparative tendency. Fifth, WeChat use intensity can predict life satisfaction, online social support plays an intermediary role between WeChat use intensity and life satisfaction, and social comparison tends to regulate the intermediary role of online social support.
