群體性沖突中的被洞悉錯(cuò)覺及其相關(guān)因素的研究

【摘要】:在我們的日;(dòng)中,想要隱瞞或者傳達(dá)自己的內(nèi)心感受時(shí),我們總是會(huì)高估自己被洞悉的程度,Gilovich將它定義為“因?yàn)檫^高估計(jì)他人對(duì)自己的洞悉水平而產(chǎn)生的被看穿的錯(cuò)誤知覺,我們稱之為被洞悉錯(cuò)覺(illusion of transparency)。" 這種錯(cuò)覺已經(jīng)在許多人際交往的領(lǐng)域內(nèi)被證實(shí),包括演講、談判、親密關(guān)系等,本研究希望將這一錯(cuò)覺的研究領(lǐng)域進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展。我們知道,當(dāng)代社會(huì)群體性沖突事件頻繁發(fā)生,而認(rèn)知偏差是沖突發(fā)生的一個(gè)重要心理因素,被洞悉錯(cuò)覺正是認(rèn)知偏差的一種。本研究通過自編沖突案例的實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,啟動(dòng)三種角色(包括沖突一方的直接利益群體,非直接利益群體,沖突另一方優(yōu)勢(shì)群體)來(lái)研究群體性沖突的過程中不同群體的被洞悉錯(cuò)覺,并且進(jìn)一步了解不同角色對(duì)群體性沖突事件的其他認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)。 研究結(jié)果顯示: 1、在群體性沖突中,直接利益群體會(huì)存在被洞悉錯(cuò)覺,即高估了沖突另一方對(duì)自己憤怒情緒的洞悉程度。 2、在群體性沖突中,參與沖突的非直接利益群體也存在被洞悉錯(cuò)覺,并且這種錯(cuò)覺的強(qiáng)度要大于直接利益群體。 3、在沖突發(fā)生的不同階段,憤怒情緒強(qiáng)度不同,被洞悉錯(cuò)覺程度也就不同,憤怒情緒強(qiáng)度越高,被洞悉錯(cuò)覺越大。 4、在群體性沖突中,自我卷入程度與自我知覺到的被洞悉程度之間呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān),自我卷入程度越高,自我知覺到的被洞悉感就越強(qiáng)。 5、在群體性沖突中,權(quán)力感與自我知覺到的被洞悉感之間呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān),權(quán)力感越低,自我知覺到的被洞悉感就越強(qiáng)烈。 6、沖突中的直接利益群體、非直接利益群體、沖突優(yōu)勢(shì)群體三者之間對(duì)沖突的其他認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)存在差異,包括對(duì)補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)政府處理能力的評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)采取不同行為模式認(rèn)知、對(duì)自我利益和公共利益的價(jià)值取向。
[Abstract]:In our daily interactions, when we want to hide or convey our inner feelings, We tend to overestimate the extent to which we are perceived. Gilovich defines it as "the perceived misperception that results from overestimation of others' level of insight into ourselves." We call it "illusions of transparency." this illusion has been proven in many areas of interpersonal communication, including speech, negotiation, intimacy, and so on. This study hopes to further expand the field of research on this illusion. We know that group conflict occurs frequently in contemporary society, and cognitive bias is an important psychological factor of conflict, and perceived illusion is just one kind of cognitive bias. In this study, three kinds of roles (direct interest group, indirect interest group, direct interest group) were initiated through the experimental data of conflict cases. To study the perceived delusion of different groups in the process of group conflict, and to further understand the other cognitive evaluation of group conflict events by different roles. The results show that: 1, in group conflict, Direct interest groups have the illusion of being perceived, that is, overestimating the extent to which the other party to the conflict is aware of their anger. 2. In a group conflict, there is also an illusion of perceived perception among the indirect interest groups involved in the conflict. And the intensity of this illusion is greater than that of the direct interest group. 3. At different stages of conflict, the intensity of anger is different, the degree of perceived delusion is different. The higher the intensity of anger emotion, the greater the perceived illusion. 4. In group conflicts, There is a positive correlation between the degree of self-involvement and the degree of perceived insight. The higher the degree of self-involvement, the stronger the sense of perceived insight. There is a negative correlation between the sense of power and the sense of perceived insight. The lower the sense of power, the stronger the sense of perceived insight. 6. There are differences in other cognitive evaluation of conflict among the three groups, including the evaluation of compensation standards, the evaluation of the ability of government to deal with the conflict, the cognition of adopting different behavior patterns, and the value orientation of self-interest and public interest.
