【摘要】：項(xiàng)目功能差異是評(píng)估測(cè)驗(yàn)工具公平性的重要測(cè)量指標(biāo),混合項(xiàng)目反應(yīng)理論模型的興起為評(píng)估項(xiàng)目功能差異提供了新的途徑。但相關(guān)研究在強(qiáng)調(diào)混合模型可以進(jìn)行潛在特質(zhì)分類的同時(shí),忽視了限制功能差異題目的數(shù)量,這與實(shí)證研究中的證據(jù)相矛盾。本研究通過計(jì)算機(jī)模擬數(shù)據(jù),在將功能差異題目數(shù)控制在小于30%的前提下,操縱樣本量、被試特質(zhì)分布、功能差異題目數(shù)和不變性題目數(shù)四個(gè)變量,探索了混合IRT模型在項(xiàng)目功能差異分析中的表現(xiàn)。采用基于EM算法的極大似然估計(jì)法,從混合IRT模型的參數(shù)估計(jì)、效果量估計(jì)、潛在特質(zhì)分組和組別均值差四個(gè)指標(biāo)上進(jìn)行評(píng)估。總體結(jié)果顯示,不論一致性還是非一致性項(xiàng)目功能差異,混合項(xiàng)目反應(yīng)理論模型的表現(xiàn)均不理想。隨著樣本量的減少,模型對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的擬合效果變差,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的偏差增大,而功能差異題目的增多有助于混合模型更好的進(jìn)行潛在組別劃分和參數(shù)估計(jì),除此之外,不同受測(cè)組被試的特質(zhì)分布同樣會(huì)對(duì)評(píng)估結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響,當(dāng)兩被試分組特質(zhì)分布相同時(shí)表現(xiàn)較差。減少目標(biāo)組和參照組之間出現(xiàn)功能差異的題目數(shù)可能是混合IRT模型誤差增大的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The difference in the function of the project is an important measure for assessing the fairness of the test tools. The rise of the mixed project response theory model provides a new way to assess the difference in the function of the project. However, the relevant research emphasizes the potential trait classification of the mixed model and neglects the number of the limitation of the functional difference, which is in the empirical study. The evidence is contradictory. Through the computer simulation data, we have explored the performance of the mixed IRT model in the analysis of the functional difference of the project by using the EM algorithm in the analysis of the function difference of the hybrid IRT model. The likelihood estimation method is evaluated from the parameters estimation of the mixed IRT model, the estimate of the effect, the potential trait group and the mean difference of the group. The overall results show that the performance of the hybrid project response theory model is not ideal, regardless of the difference of the consistency or the non conformance project function. With the reduction of sample size, the model is to the data. The difference of the effect is worse, the deviation of each index increases, and the increase of functional differences will help the mixed model to better carry out the potential group division and parameter estimation. In addition, the trait distribution of the subjects in the different groups will also have an impact on the evaluation results. When the two subjects are divided into different group characteristics, the target group is reduced. The number of subjects with functional differences between the reference group and the reference group may be the main reason for the increase of the error of the mixed IRT model.
