【摘要】：本研究在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上對學(xué)生防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)的獲得進行了不同復(fù)雜情境的內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)與外顯學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)的比較,探討籃球防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)獲得的最佳途徑。本研究主要采用實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、實驗后學(xué)生訪談法。根據(jù)本課題研究數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計結(jié)果表明,內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)和外顯學(xué)習(xí)都有利于對學(xué)生籃球防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)的獲得,但學(xué)生通過內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)比外顯學(xué)習(xí)更有利于戰(zhàn)術(shù)的靈活掌握,大大提高學(xué)生的戰(zhàn)術(shù)執(zhí)行率；采用內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)可激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,調(diào)動內(nèi)驅(qū)力的作用,進而提高學(xué)習(xí)的動機水平；在疲勞狀態(tài)下自動瓦解籃球防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)較少可能發(fā)生在內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)會的知識,但對外顯學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)下學(xué)會的籃球防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)(規(guī)則)則有比較大的損害；可以通過選擇適當(dāng)?shù)慕逃笇?dǎo)和創(chuàng)設(shè)豐富的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境誘發(fā)學(xué)生內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)的產(chǎn)生,比如通過反復(fù)播放相關(guān)比賽錄像、圖示防守路線方案及原則、真實的教學(xué)比賽對抗；內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)和外顯學(xué)習(xí)兩者是相互協(xié)同的,而且在一定條件下可相互轉(zhuǎn)化,甚至相互干擾,教師在籃球戰(zhàn)術(shù)的教學(xué)總要注意把握內(nèi)隱外顯訓(xùn)練階段結(jié)合的最佳順序,引導(dǎo)激發(fā)學(xué)生的內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí),注意發(fā)揮內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢效應(yīng),以此為依據(jù)為體育籃球戰(zhàn)術(shù)教學(xué)提出建議,以便能夠為籃球戰(zhàn)術(shù)教學(xué)提供一些有價值的參考資料,從而使籃球戰(zhàn)術(shù)教學(xué)更加有效、順利的實施,也為后繼的相關(guān)研究提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:On the basis of previous studies, this study compares implicit learning with explicit learning in different complex situations for students' acquisition of defensive tactics, and probes into the best way to obtain defensive tactics in basketball. This research mainly adopts the experimental method, the mathematical statistics method, after the experiment student interview method. According to the research data and statistical results, implicit learning and explicit learning are beneficial to the acquisition of basketball defense tactics, but the implicit learning is more conducive to the flexible mastery of tactics than explicit learning. Using implicit learning can stimulate students' interest in learning, mobilize the role of internal drive, and then improve the level of learning motivation. Under the condition of fatigue, it is less likely to take place in implicit learning knowledge of basketball defensive tactics, but in explicit learning state, basketball defensive tactics (rules) can be damaged greatly. The implicit learning can be induced by choosing appropriate educational guidance and creating rich learning environment, for example, by repeatedly playing the relevant video of the game, showing the plan and principles of the defensive route, and the real confrontation of the teaching competition; Implicit learning and explicit learning are mutually synergistic, and under certain conditions, they can be transformed and even interfered with each other. In basketball tactics teaching, teachers should always pay attention to the best order of the combination of implicit and explicit training. In order to provide some valuable reference materials for basketball tactics teaching, we should guide and stimulate students' implicit learning, pay attention to the advantage effect of implicit learning, and put forward some suggestions for the teaching of sports basketball tactics. In order to make basketball tactics teaching more effective, smooth implementation, but also for the subsequent research provides some reference.
