【摘要】：近年來,項目反應時間數(shù)據(jù)的建模是心理和教育測量領域的熱門方向之一。針對反應時間的對數(shù)正態(tài)模型和Box-Cox正態(tài)模型的不足,本文在van der Linden的分層模型框架下基于偏正態(tài)分布建立一個反應時間的對數(shù)線性模型,并成功給出模型參數(shù)估計的馬爾科夫鏈蒙特卡羅(Markov Chain Monte Carlo,MCMC)算法。模擬研究和實例分析的結果均表明,與對數(shù)正態(tài)模型和BoxCox正態(tài)模型相比,對數(shù)偏正態(tài)模型表現(xiàn)出更加優(yōu)良的擬合效果,具有更強的靈活性和適用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the modeling of project response time data is one of the hot topics in the field of psychological and educational measurement. Aiming at the shortage of logarithmic normal model of reaction time and Box-Cox normal model, a logarithmic linear model of reaction time is established based on partial normal distribution under the framework of van der Linden's hierarchical model. The Markov chain Monte Carlo Markov Chain Monte Markov CMCs (MCMCs) algorithm for model parameter estimation is presented successfully. The results of simulation and case analysis show that the logarithmic bias model is more flexible and applicable than the logarithmic normal model and BoxCox normal model.
