積極心理資本在大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力與職業(yè)延遲滿足間的關(guān)系:中介還是調(diào)節(jié)?

【摘要】:日常生活中,我們的目標(biāo)往往不可能第一時(shí)間實(shí)現(xiàn),完成任務(wù)的過程中可能會(huì)遇到各種各樣額外的影響和阻礙,如果能夠選擇放棄眼前的小利益,并且克服誘惑,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)自己行為的控制和調(diào)節(jié),積極進(jìn)取,那么我們的職業(yè)就可能得到更好的發(fā)展。這是職業(yè)生涯中一種能力的體現(xiàn),也就是我們說的職業(yè)延遲滿足。嚴(yán)格來說,職業(yè)延遲滿足是個(gè)體在職業(yè)生涯中體現(xiàn)出的延遲滿足,是個(gè)體放棄休息、娛樂以及其他不利于當(dāng)前工作的其他沖動(dòng)行為,以求完成工作任務(wù)、獲得更多的利益回報(bào)、達(dá)到更高更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的職業(yè)目標(biāo)的自我調(diào)控能力。職業(yè)延遲滿足的影響因素有許多,包括個(gè)體內(nèi)在因素和外在環(huán)境影響等,本文依據(jù)前人研究,選取積極心理資本和學(xué)業(yè)壓力兩個(gè)影響因素,通過研究大學(xué)生職業(yè)延遲滿足、心理資本和學(xué)業(yè)壓力間的關(guān)系,為后續(xù)的研究提供理論參考,以期進(jìn)一步豐富大學(xué)生就業(yè)相關(guān)的積極心理資本理論,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生心理健康教育理論的發(fā)展與完善。本研究以學(xué)習(xí)壓力為自變量,以延遲滿足和心理資本為因變量,采用《積極心理資本量表》、《職業(yè)延遲滿足問卷》及《大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力源問卷》對(duì)山西師范大學(xué)的500名本科學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過描述性分析、相關(guān)分析等方法考察了大學(xué)生的職業(yè)延遲滿足、心理資本和學(xué)業(yè)壓力的狀況,并探討了三者之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系以及心理資本在學(xué)業(yè)壓力和職業(yè)延遲滿足相互作用過程中的調(diào)節(jié)和中介作用。研究得出結(jié)論:(1)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)延遲滿足、積極心理資本都處于較高水平,面臨的學(xué)業(yè)壓力程度也較高。(2)大學(xué)生職業(yè)延遲滿足與積極心理資本之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,職業(yè)延遲滿足與學(xué)業(yè)壓力存在負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,學(xué)業(yè)壓力與積極心理資本存在負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。(3)積極心理資本在學(xué)業(yè)壓力和職業(yè)延遲滿足之間起部分中介的作用。
[Abstract]:In our daily lives, our goals are often not achieved in the first place, and we may encounter all kinds of additional influences and obstacles in the process of accomplishing our tasks, if we can choose to give up our immediate small interests and overcome the temptation. Achieve control and regulation of their own behavior, aggressive, and our career may be better developed. This is a reflection of the ability of a career, or what we call career delay gratification. Strictly speaking, career delay gratification is an individual's delayed satisfaction in his career. It is an individual who gives up rest, entertainment, and other impulsive behaviors that are not conducive to the current job, in order to accomplish the task and get more benefits in return. Self-control ability to achieve higher and longer term career goals. There are many influencing factors of career delay satisfaction, including individual internal factors and external environment. According to previous studies, this paper selects positive psychological capital and academic pressure as two influencing factors, through the study of career delay satisfaction of college students. The relationship between psychological capital and academic pressure provides a theoretical reference for further research in order to further enrich the theory of positive psychological capital related to employment of college students and promote the development and improvement of the theory of psychological health education for college students. This study takes learning stress as independent variable, delayed satisfaction and psychological capital as dependent variables. In this paper, 500 undergraduate students in Shanxi normal University were investigated by using the positive Psychological Capital scale, the Occupational delay satisfaction questionnaire and the College students' academic stress Source questionnaire. Correlation analysis and other methods were used to investigate the status of career delay satisfaction, psychological capital and academic stress of college students. The relationship between them and the mediating role of psychological capital in the process of academic stress and career delay satisfaction are discussed. The conclusion of the study is that: 1) there is a positive correlation between career delayed satisfaction and positive psychological capital of college students, and the degree of academic stress is also high. 2) there is a positive correlation between career delay satisfaction and positive psychological capital of college students. There is a negative correlation between career delay satisfaction and academic stress, and there is a negative correlation between academic stress and positive psychological capital.
