【摘要】：信任對(duì)于維持經(jīng)濟(jì)秩字、降低交易成本、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與繁榮有重要作用,人們生活中的方方面面也有著信任的影子。信任影響人際互動(dòng),也同樣在人與組織,組織與組織之間發(fā)揮重要作用。但是,現(xiàn)實(shí)中信任違背卻時(shí)有發(fā)生,我們對(duì)他人付出了信任,他人卻無(wú)情的背叛了我們,以致信任在一定程度上遭到了破壞,這可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生人際關(guān)系破裂,甚至契約破壞、打擊報(bào)復(fù)等一系列嚴(yán)重的后果。如何修復(fù)信任成為信任研究問(wèn)題中一個(gè)重要的課題。信任修復(fù)受許多因素的影響,如修復(fù)策略,修復(fù)時(shí)間等,根據(jù)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型理論和動(dòng)態(tài)雙邊理論提出信任雙方的互動(dòng)影響信任修復(fù)的結(jié)果,本文將信任方與違背方的關(guān)系屬性引入信任修復(fù)的研究中,旨在使用重復(fù)信任博弈范式探索人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)信任修復(fù)的影響。本研究包括三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn):實(shí)驗(yàn)一以59名在讀大學(xué)生為被試,實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)為重復(fù)信任博弈范式,使用第五套人民幣作為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,與真人(實(shí)驗(yàn)助手)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)為二因素混合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),自變量包括一個(gè)被試間因素和一個(gè)被試內(nèi)因素:被試間因素是人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn),有兩個(gè)水平,分別是長(zhǎng)時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)的和短時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn);被試內(nèi)因素是不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的四次互動(dòng)試次(分別為第一輪,違背前一輪,違背后第一輪,最后一輪)。因變量指標(biāo)是被試投資的錢(qián)數(shù),通過(guò)分析投資量的變化研究長(zhǎng)短時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)信任修復(fù)效果的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)二以105名在讀大學(xué)生為被試,實(shí)驗(yàn)范式采用電腦呈現(xiàn)的重復(fù)信任博弈任務(wù),實(shí)驗(yàn)為二因素混合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)驗(yàn)自變量包括一個(gè)被試內(nèi)因素和一個(gè)被試間因素:被試間變量是不同時(shí)間長(zhǎng)度的人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括控制組(無(wú)信任違背發(fā)生),無(wú)人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)組(直接違背組),短時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)組、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)組,被試內(nèi)因素是不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的三個(gè)互動(dòng)試次(分別是違背后第一輪,違背后第十輪,違背后第二十輪);因變量指標(biāo)是被試投資的錢(qián)數(shù),通過(guò)分析被試投資量的變化研究不同人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)信任修復(fù)進(jìn)程的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)三以32名在讀的大學(xué)生為被試,采用電腦呈現(xiàn)的重復(fù)信任博弈范式,實(shí)驗(yàn)為二因素重復(fù)測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)驗(yàn)的一個(gè)被試內(nèi)變量是人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)的性質(zhì),有正負(fù)兩個(gè)水平;實(shí)驗(yàn)的另一個(gè)被試內(nèi)變量是不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的三個(gè)互動(dòng)試次(分別是違背后第一輪,違背后第十輪,違背后第二十輪)。實(shí)驗(yàn)的因變量指標(biāo)是被試的投資量,通過(guò)分析被試投資量的變化研究不同性質(zhì)的人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)信任修復(fù)進(jìn)程的影響。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果和分析,本研究主要得出以下結(jié)論:1.長(zhǎng)時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)條件比短時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)條件信任修復(fù)的效果更好。2.信任違背發(fā)生后,無(wú)人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)組的信任水平相比于控制組(無(wú)信任違背發(fā)生)、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)信任修復(fù)的水平更低。3.信任違背發(fā)生之前的正性的人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)相比于負(fù)性人際關(guān)系更有利于信任水平的修復(fù)。4.信任違背發(fā)生后,隨著人際互動(dòng)的進(jìn)行,信任水平會(huì)隨著時(shí)間進(jìn)程有一定程度的提高。
[Abstract]:Trust plays an important role in maintaining economic rank, reducing transaction costs and promoting economic development and prosperity. There is a shadow of trust in all aspects of people's life. Trust affects interpersonal interaction. It also plays an important role between human and organization, organization and organization. With trust, others have betrayed us mercilessly, so that trust has been destroyed to a certain extent. It may produce a series of serious consequences, such as breakdown of human relations, even contract destruction, retaliation, and so on. How to repair trust has become an important subject in the research of trust. Trust repair is affected by many factors, such as Repair strategy, repair time and so on, according to the social network model theory and dynamic bilateral theory, this paper proposes the mutual influence of trust between the two sides to influence trust repair. In this paper, the Relationship Attribute of the trust party and the violating party is introduced into the research of trust repair. This paper aims to explore the influence of interpersonal experience on trust repair by using the repeated trust game paradigm. The study includes three experiments: the experiment one takes 59 college students as subjects, the experimental task is a repeat trust game paradigm, and fifth sets of RMB as experimental materials, and live experiments with real people (experimental assistants). The experiment is designed with a mixture of two factors. The independent variables include an inter trial factor and a trial internal factor: the trial between the subjects and the subjects. The factors are interpersonal relationship experience, with two levels, which are long time interpersonal experience and short time interpersonal experience, and the internal factors are four interactive tests at different time points (first round, contrary to the first round, contrary to the first round, and the last round). Study on the effect of interpersonal relationship experience on trust repair effect in long and short periods of time. Experiment two took 105 students in College as subjects, the experimental paradigm adopted the repetitive trust game task presented by computer, and the experiment was a mixed experiment design with two factors. Contrary to the last twentieth rounds); the variable index is the amount of money invested by the subjects, and the influence of different interpersonal experience on the trust repair process is studied through the analysis of the changes in the cost of the trial investment. In experiment three, 32 college students were used as subjects, and the repeated trust game model presented by the computer was used, and the experiment was designed to repeat the experiment design with two factors. One of the tested variables is the nature of interpersonal relationship experience, and there are two positive and negative levels; the other in the experiment is the three interactive trial times of the different time points (the first round behind the back, the tenth round and the twentieth round). The variable index of the experiment is the amount of investment of the subjects, and the trial investment is analyzed.
