幸福感的神經(jīng)機(jī)制:來自中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的證據(jù)

【摘要】:幸福感的研究先前主要集中在人格、文化等外顯領(lǐng)域,隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展,近年來研究開始關(guān)注個(gè)體內(nèi)在生理機(jī)制,尤其是對(duì)個(gè)體中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的探索。研究表明,個(gè)體幸福感主要和大腦額葉皮層、扣帶回、杏仁核、腦島、紋狀體以及大腦灰質(zhì)有關(guān)聯(lián)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)胸椎脊髓區(qū)域的活性和情緒相關(guān),表明這一區(qū)域也可能和幸福感有關(guān)聯(lián)。通過對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),幸福感的腦區(qū)和獎(jiǎng)賞系統(tǒng)腦區(qū)高度重合,兩者之間是否存在關(guān)聯(lián)有待進(jìn)一步研究。不同幸福感的個(gè)體在基因研究中也顯示出了差異。
[Abstract]:The study of happiness was previously focused on personality, culture and other areas. With the development of technology, recent studies have begun to focus on the physiological mechanisms in the body, especially in the individual central nervous system. The study shows that the individual happiness is mainly with the frontal cortex, cingulate gyrus, amygdala, insula, striatum, and gray matter. Correlation. The study found that the activity of the thoracic spinal cord and the mood of the spinal cord showed that the region could also be associated with happiness. By contrast, the brain region of the happiness and the reward system brain areas were highly reconnected, and whether there was a link between the two needs further study. Individuals with different happiness also showed a difference in genetic research. Different.
