CD-CAT選題策略測驗精度和題庫使用均勻性的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:選題策略是CD-CAT中非常關(guān)鍵的一個環(huán)節(jié),需要在保證效率的同時盡可能提高測量精度。這也是CD-CAT中選題策略一直以來的發(fā)展主題。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對測驗精度和題庫利用率的關(guān)系探討停留在理論層面。本文從實證層面探討測驗精度和題庫利用率的關(guān)系,為選擇合適的選題策略提供參考,并為今后的相關(guān)研究和認(rèn)知診斷計算機自適應(yīng)測驗的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)。為了解決上述問題,本文采用蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)模擬方法并以DINA模型為例展開一系列的研究,包括一個預(yù)研究和四個正式實驗:預(yù)研究采用文獻分析法,選取了多篇同時含有測量精度和題庫使用情況等數(shù)據(jù)的論文,探討兩者之間的關(guān)系。正式研究采用模擬研究法,考察KL、SHE、PWKL、PPWKL、MPWKL、HKL、PHKL七種選題策略的題庫使用均勻性和測驗精度的關(guān)系,并考察不同測驗長度、屬性數(shù)量、被試的分布、被試數(shù)量等因素對測驗精度以及題庫使用均勻性的影響。本文主要結(jié)論如下:(1)MPWKL和SHE的測量精度較高,如果綜合測驗精度和題庫的利用率,PHKL、PPWKL比較好,其次是MPWKL。(2)總體上,綜合測驗精度和題庫的使用均勻性指標(biāo),PHKL和PPWKL處在同一水平,為第一梯隊,測驗精度中等,題庫使用率最高,綜合表現(xiàn)最好;HKL和PWKL處在同一水平,為第二梯隊,測驗精度中等,題庫使用率一般;SHE和MPWKL為第三梯隊,測驗精度最高,題庫使用率最差;KL為第四梯隊,測驗精度低,題庫使用率一般。(3)測驗長度與測驗精度成正比,與題庫使用均勻性成反比。測驗長度為16時,各種選題策略的綜合表現(xiàn)最好。(4)被試數(shù)量對選題策略的測驗精度和題庫利用率影響較小。隨著被試數(shù)量的增加,選題策略的測驗精度先上升,被試數(shù)量達到1000后,變化平緩,題庫使用均勻性綜合指標(biāo)先下降,被試數(shù)量為1000后,變化平緩。被試數(shù)量為1000時綜合表現(xiàn)最好。(5)屬性個數(shù)與選題策略的測驗精度成反比。屬性個數(shù)越少,各選題策略綜合表現(xiàn)越好。(6)被試知識狀態(tài)分布形態(tài)為負偏態(tài)分布時,測驗精度最高。被試為正態(tài)分布時,SHE、PWKL、MPWKL、PHKL等選題策略的題庫使用率最高。
[Abstract]:The topic selection strategy is a key link in CD-CAT. It is necessary to improve the measurement accuracy while ensuring the efficiency. This is also a topic of development in the CD-CAT topic selection strategy. Scholars at home and abroad discuss the relationship between test accuracy and question bank utilization rate at the theoretical level. This paper discusses the relationship between test accuracy and question bank utilization from the empirical level, and provides a reference for selecting appropriate selection strategies, and provides guidance for future research and the development of computer adaptive test for cognitive diagnosis. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses Monte Carlo Monte Carlo (Monte Carlo) simulation method and takes DINA model as an example to carry out a series of studies, including a pre-study and four formal experiments. The relationship between measurement accuracy and question bank data is discussed in this paper. The formal study uses the simulation method to investigate the relationship between the uniformity of the use of questions and the test accuracy in the question bank of the seven strategies for selecting the topic, including the KLX / PWKL / PPWKL / MPWKL / MPWKL / HKLHKL, and the different test lengths, the number of attributes, and the distribution of the subjects, The effect of factors such as the number of subjects on the accuracy of the test and the uniformity of the use of the question bank. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the accuracy of SHE and MPWKL are higher. If the accuracy of comprehensive test and the utilization ratio of item bank are better than that of MPWKL.2) on the whole, the accuracy of comprehensive test and the index of evenness of use of test bank are at the same level as PPWKL. For the first echelon, the test accuracy is medium, the use rate of question bank is the highest, the comprehensive performance of HKL and PWKL is at the same level, is the second echelon, the test precision is medium, the rate of question bank utilization is generally the third echelon of she and MPWKL, and the test precision is the highest. The lowest utilization rate of question bank was in the fourth echelon. The accuracy of test was low, and the test length was directly proportional to the test accuracy and inversely proportional to the uniformity of question bank use. The length of the test is 16:00, and the comprehensive performance of the various selection strategies is the best. 4) the number of subjects has little effect on the test accuracy and the utilization ratio of the question bank. With the increase of the number of subjects, the test accuracy of the topic selection strategy increased first. After the number of subjects reached 1000, the change was gentle, the comprehensive index of using uniformity of question bank first decreased, and after the number of subjects reached 1000, the change was gentle. The number of attributes is inversely proportional to the test accuracy of the strategy when the number of subjects is 1000. The smaller the number of attributes, the better the comprehensive performance of each topic selection strategy.) when the distribution of knowledge state is negative skewness distribution, the test accuracy is the highest. The question bank utilization rate was the highest when the subjects were normal distribution, such as SHEPWKL / MPWKL / PHKL.
