【摘要】：目的對(duì)重慶市大四男生色情瀏覽現(xiàn)況進(jìn)行調(diào)查并探討其與心理負(fù)性情緒的相關(guān)關(guān)系。方法對(duì)參與重慶市男性大學(xué)生生殖健康調(diào)查隊(duì)列的男性大學(xué)生進(jìn)行隨訪。582名大四男生完成了人口基本信息問(wèn)卷、色情信息瀏覽問(wèn)卷和抑郁-焦慮-壓力量表。結(jié)果 99.9%大四男生都接觸過(guò)色情信息;32.2%大四男生已有成癮傾向。大四男生中負(fù)性情緒的分布與色情接觸時(shí)間,觀看頻率、時(shí)長(zhǎng),瀏覽成癮存在顯著正相關(guān)。小學(xué)、初中、高中、大學(xué)開(kāi)始接觸色情信息者抑郁率分別為11.7%、7.1%、4.9%和5.9%(χ~2=22.343,P0.01);色情瀏覽頻率1次/周和≥3次/周的男性大學(xué)生抑郁率分別為2.8%和14.6%(χ~2=18.199,P0.01)。校正體育活動(dòng)與睡眠質(zhì)量后,男性大學(xué)生色情瀏覽頻率仍與其抑郁-焦慮-壓力得分呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論重慶市男性大四男生色情信息瀏覽是一種普遍行為,且觀看頻率越高,心理負(fù)性情緒的比例越高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the sexual browsing status of senior male students in Chongqing and to explore its correlation with psychological negative emotion. Methods A total of 582 male college students who participated in the male college reproductive health survey cohort in Chongqing were followed up to complete the population basic information questionnaire, pornographic information browsing questionnaire and depression anxiety stress scale. Results 99.9% of the senior boys had been exposed to pornographic information. 32.2% of the senior boys had an addiction tendency. There was a significant positive correlation between the distribution of negative emotion and pornographic contact time, viewing frequency, duration, browsing addiction. The depression rates of primary school, middle school, high school and university students who began to contact pornography information were 11.77.1and 5.90.The depression rate of male students with frequency of porn browsing was 2.8% and 14.6g / week respectively (蠂 218.199P0.01g / week and 鈮，
