日常生活中壓力對(duì)憤怒情緒的動(dòng)態(tài)影響:特質(zhì)正念的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:目的:本研究考察日常生活中壓力對(duì)憤怒情緒的動(dòng)態(tài)影響,并檢驗(yàn)特質(zhì)正念的調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法:95名在校大學(xué)生完成正念注意覺知量表(MAAS),并通過動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)估的方式,完成每天2次,持續(xù)14天的針對(duì)壓力和憤怒情緒的密集型追蹤測(cè)量。結(jié)果:多層線性模型結(jié)果表明,在個(gè)體內(nèi)水平,個(gè)體某一時(shí)刻的壓力可以顯著預(yù)測(cè)個(gè)體下一時(shí)刻的憤怒情緒(b10=0.0246,SE=0.0089,P=0.007);個(gè)體的特質(zhì)正念顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)日常生活中壓力對(duì)憤怒情緒的動(dòng)態(tài)影響(b11=-0.0020,SE=0.0005,P0.001),說明特質(zhì)正念存在調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)論:個(gè)體在日常生活中感受到的壓力會(huì)動(dòng)態(tài)影響到個(gè)體之后的憤怒情緒。對(duì)于高特質(zhì)正念水平的人來說,他們感受到壓力時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的憤怒情緒相較于低特質(zhì)正念水平的人更少。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the dynamic effects of stress on anger in daily life and to test the regulative effect of trait mindfulness. Methods: 95 college students completed the mindfulness Awareness scale (MAASA) and completed the intensive tracking measurement of stress and anger twice a day for 14 days by dynamic evaluation. Results: the results of the multilayer linear model show that, at the level of the individual, Stress at one time can significantly predict the anger of the individual at the next moment. The trait mindfulness significantly negatively predicts the dynamic effect of stress on anger emotion in daily life, indicating that trait mindfulness may regulate trait mindfulness. Conclusion: the stress the individual feels in daily life will affect the anger after the individual. People with high trait mindfulness experience less anger when they feel stress than people with low trait mindfulness.
