自動化加工范式下效價、喚醒度、基本情緒之間關(guān)系的ERP研究

【摘要】:基本情緒理論的興起可以追溯到達(dá)爾文時代,基于基本情緒的研究成果非常豐富。然而,20世紀(jì)80年代興起的社會建構(gòu)思潮,對基本情緒理論產(chǎn)生了較大的沖擊。基本情緒理論雖然自身存在較大的不足,它仍然是情緒研究領(lǐng)域的主導(dǎo)理論之一,許多研究仍然難以擺脫基本情緒理論的框架。 本文通過兩個實驗來探討效價、喚醒度、基本情緒之間的關(guān)系。實驗一和實驗二均采用修改過的跨通道延遲反應(yīng)范式和ERP技術(shù),分別對效價與喚醒度之間的關(guān)系,效價、喚醒度與基本情緒之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討。實驗一和實驗二的實驗材料均來自采用國際情緒圖片庫(IAPS),圖片庫數(shù)據(jù)來自國內(nèi)學(xué)者周仁來等的本土化研究。實驗一采取效價與喚醒度分別匹配的方法隨機選擇實驗圖片,實驗二先對情緒圖片按基本情緒類別進(jìn)行分類,然后再采取匹配法對效價與喚醒度進(jìn)行同時匹配,以消除由于效價與喚醒度的差異對結(jié)果產(chǎn)生的影響。 實驗一中在150-250ms、250-350ms、350-450ms三個分析時段下均能探測到效價與喚醒之間的交互作用,這表明效價與喚醒度對腦波的調(diào)節(jié)作用不具有獨立性。sLORETA結(jié)果顯示在350-450ms時高喚醒度圖片在前扣帶回皮層及邊緣葉(布魯?shù)侣?4區(qū))產(chǎn)生了較大的激活,差異達(dá)到顯著水平,負(fù)性情緒圖片也引起了相似的激活。同時,對左右額區(qū)對應(yīng)電極(F7和F8、Fpl和Fp2)進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn)位于左側(cè)的各電極點上高低喚醒度之間存在顯著的差異,而右側(cè)各電極點未探測到顯著的差異。實驗二在N1,200-300ms,300-400ms均能探測到恐懼圖片和厭惡圖片之間的顯著差異。 綜合實驗一與實驗二的數(shù)據(jù)我們可以得出以下結(jié)論:(1)效價與喚醒度在自動化加工條件下的加工過程并不獨立。(2)人腦對不同喚醒度的積極情緒的加工機制不同。(3)對高低喚醒度的區(qū)分與左側(cè)額葉的活動有較大的關(guān)系。(4)在控制了效價與喚醒度的情況下,恐懼圖片與厭惡圖片具有不同的注意機制。(5)不同種類的基本情緒具有不同的神經(jīng)機制,而這些神經(jīng)機制的差異與效價和喚醒度無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The rise of basic emotion theory can be traced back to Darwin's time, and the research results based on basic emotion are very rich. However, the trend of social construction in 1980's had a great impact on the basic emotional theory. Although the basic emotion theory has its own shortcomings, it is still one of the leading theories in the field of emotional research, and many researches still find it difficult to get rid of the framework of the basic emotion theory. This paper discusses the relationship between titer, arousal, and basic emotion through two experiments. The relationship between titer and arousal degree, the relationship between titer and arousal degree, and the relationship between arousal degree and basic emotion were discussed by using the modified cross-channel delay response paradigm and ERP technique in both experiments 1 and 2. The experimental materials of experiment one and experiment two are from the international emotion picture library IAPSU, and the data from the local research of Zhou Renlai, a domestic scholar. In experiment 1, the method of matching the titer and arousal degree was adopted to select the experimental pictures randomly. In experiment 2, the emotion pictures were classified according to the basic emotion category, and then the titer and the arousal degree were matched simultaneously by matching method. In order to eliminate the effect of the difference of titer and arousal degree on the result. In experiment 1, the interaction between titer and arousal was detected in the three analytical periods of 150-250 Ms ~ (250) Ms ~ (50) Ms ~ (350) Ms ~ (350) Ms ~ (350) Ms ~ (350) Ms ~ (35) ~ 450 Ms. The results indicated that the effects of titer and arousal on the regulation of cerebral waves were not independent. The results showed that the high arousal images in the anterior cingulate cortex and marginal lobe (Bludman 24 region) were activated in 350-450ms, and the difference reached a significant level. Negative emotional images also cause similar activation. At the same time, the corresponding electrodes F7 and F8 FPL and Fp2 in the left frontal region were analyzed. It was found that there was a significant difference between the high and low arousal degrees at the left electrode points, but no significant difference was found at the right electrode points. In experiment 2, the difference between fear picture and aversion picture was detected in N1200-300 Ms ~ 400ms. Synthesizing the data of experiment 1 and experiment 2, we can draw the following conclusion: 1) the processing process of titer and arousal degree under the condition of automatic processing is not independent. 2) the processing mechanism of positive emotion of human brain to different arousal degree is different. The difference between high and low arousal degree is related to the activity of left frontal lobe. 4) in the case of controlling titer and arousal degree, Fear picture and aversion picture have different attention mechanism. 5) different kinds of basic emotions have different neural mechanisms, but the differences of these neural mechanisms are independent of titer and arousal degree.
