“喜”“悲”情志激活標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化視頻材料庫的建立

【摘要】:目的:運(yùn)用中醫(yī)情志理論,參照現(xiàn)代心理學(xué)測(cè)量原理與方法,制訂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的“喜”“悲”情志激活視頻材料庫,為中醫(yī)情志相勝療法的現(xiàn)代研究提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工具,促進(jìn)中醫(yī)情志相勝理論的基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。方法:1、視頻材料的選取:通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及問卷調(diào)查與專家推薦等方法收集78個(gè)視頻源文件,對(duì)視頻的關(guān)鍵部分進(jìn)行剪輯加工,按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序選取96個(gè)分別誘發(fā)快樂、悲傷、平靜的視頻片段,形成備選池。2、視頻材料的主觀評(píng)定:選取北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、中國中醫(yī)科學(xué)院共180名學(xué)生,用自編情緒主觀報(bào)告問卷對(duì)視頻材料進(jìn)行主觀評(píng)定,判定所誘發(fā)的情緒類型并對(duì)其強(qiáng)度、效價(jià)、喚醒度和動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度上進(jìn)行9點(diǎn)量表評(píng)分。采用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)、t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析、相關(guān)分析等數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,對(duì)視頻材料進(jìn)行總體描述與篩選。結(jié)果:1、視頻材料的篩選結(jié)果:依據(jù)情緒主觀報(bào)告結(jié)果中的擊中率(70%以上)、情緒強(qiáng)度(6分以上),結(jié)合效價(jià)、喚醒度及動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度的評(píng)分,最終選出誘發(fā)快樂情緒的視頻21個(gè),誘發(fā)悲傷情緒的視頻8個(gè),誘發(fā)平靜情緒的中性視頻13個(gè)。2、不同類型視頻在效價(jià)、喚醒度及動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度這三個(gè)維度上的評(píng)分差異顯著,經(jīng)事后檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,喜視頻、悲視頻、中性視頻在效價(jià)和動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度的評(píng)分上兩兩差異均顯著(p0.05),其效價(jià)與動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度上均呈現(xiàn)喜視頻中性視頻悲視頻;而在喚醒度上喜、悲視頻均高于中性視頻且差異顯著(p0.05),但悲視頻的喚醒度略高于喜視頻但差異不顯著(p0.05)。3、效價(jià)與動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度間呈正相關(guān);效價(jià)與喚醒度間的關(guān)系是當(dāng)效價(jià)評(píng)分處于較高水平時(shí)其喚醒度較高,當(dāng)效價(jià)評(píng)分處于較低水平時(shí)其喚醒度也較高,而效價(jià)處于中等水平時(shí),喚醒度也處于中等水平。4、性別差異:男女在對(duì)悲視頻喚醒度的評(píng)分上存在顯著差異,且男生顯著低于女生(p0.01)其他維度上差異不顯著。結(jié)論:初步建立“喜”“悲”情志激活標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化視頻材料庫,選出的視頻材料能較好的誘發(fā)靶情緒,情緒強(qiáng)烈程度評(píng)分合理,并且每個(gè)視頻片段均包含了靶情緒類型、時(shí)長(zhǎng)、擊中率、情緒強(qiáng)度、效價(jià)、喚醒度、動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度指標(biāo),此外不同性別在情緒喚醒度上存在差異,在選擇情緒視頻材料時(shí)還應(yīng)考慮性別因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a standardized "joy" "sad" emotional activation video material library by using the theory of emotion of traditional Chinese medicine and referring to the measuring principles and methods of modern psychology, so as to provide a standardized tool for the modern research on the therapy of emotion victory in traditional Chinese medicine. To promote the basic experimental study of the theory of Chinese medicine emotional superiority. Methods: selecting video materials: collecting 78 video source files through Internet, questionnaire and expert recommendation, editing and processing the key parts of the video, selecting 96 according to the standard procedure to induce happiness, sadness, etc. Quiescent video clips, forming alternative pool. 2. Subjective assessment of video materials: 180 students from Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to make subjective assessment of video materials with a self-designed subjective report questionnaire on emotion. The intensity, titer, arousal degree and motivation intensity were evaluated by 9-point scale. The general description and screening of video materials were carried out by using data processing methods, such as descriptive statistical test, variance analysis and correlation analysis. Results: 1. The screening result of video material: according to the hit rate of emotional subjective report, the emotional intensity (above 6 points), combined with the score of titer, arousal degree and motivation intensity, 21 videos were selected to induce happy emotion. There were significant differences in the scores of different types of videos on the three dimensions of titer, arousal degree and motivation intensity. The scores of titer and motivation intensity of neutral video were significantly different (p 0.05), and both of them were happy in terms of titer and intensity of motivation, while those of neutral video were happy in arousal degree, and the difference was significant in the scores of titer and intensity of motivation. The wakeup of sad video was higher than that of neutral video, but the arousal degree of sad video was slightly higher than that of happy video, but the difference was not significant (p 0.05). The titer of sad video was positively correlated with the intensity of motivation. The relationship between titer and arousal degree is that the arousal degree is higher when the titer score is higher, the arousal degree is higher when the titer score is lower, and the titer is at the middle level. The arousal degree was also at the middle level. 4, the gender difference: there was significant difference in the score of the wakeup degree between the male and the female, and there was no significant difference in the other dimensions between the male and the female (P 0.01). Conclusion: the standardized video material library of "Xi" sad "emotion activation is established. The selected video material can induce target emotion well, and each video segment contains target emotion type and duration. Hit rate, emotional intensity, titer, arousal degree, motivation intensity index, in addition, there are differences in emotional arousal degree between different genders, and gender factors should be taken into account when selecting emotional video materials.
