【摘要】：心理學(xué)界和醫(yī)學(xué)界已經(jīng)對(duì)老年人日常認(rèn)知的影響因素進(jìn)行了廣泛的研究，然而，這些研究通常采用調(diào)查和測(cè)量的方法，結(jié)果很難從根本上說(shuō)明變量之間的關(guān)系。 與以往研究不同，本研究采用實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的方法，討論了知覺壓力對(duì)老年人日常認(rèn)知的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)一用血壓作為老年人壓力喚起的生物指標(biāo)，采用血壓儀記錄被試的血壓值。通過(guò)對(duì)被試血壓基線值與實(shí)驗(yàn)控制下血壓值的比較，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的血壓變化存在顯著差異，證明了實(shí)驗(yàn)控制的有效性。實(shí)驗(yàn)二旨在探討知覺壓力對(duì)老年人日常認(rèn)知的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用知覺壓力量表把被試區(qū)分為高知覺壓力組和低知覺壓力組，隨后隨機(jī)抽取高、低知覺壓力被試各15名，分別組成高壓力情景組和低壓力情景組。兩組被試分別在高壓情境下和低壓情境下完成實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)： （1）老年人的知覺壓力不存在顯著的性別差異。 （2）知覺壓力對(duì)老年人日常認(rèn)知的影響顯著，，不同知覺壓力者的日常認(rèn)知能力差異顯著。低知覺壓力老年人較高知覺壓力老年人，他們的日常認(rèn)知能力更好，尤其在低壓力情境下，表現(xiàn)尤為突出。
[Abstract]:Psychological and medical circles have carried out extensive research on the influencing factors of the daily cognition of the elderly. However, these studies usually use the methods of investigation and measurement, and the results are very difficult to explain the relationship between variables fundamentally. In contrast to previous studies, the effects of perceptual stress on the daily cognition of the elderly were investigated by using an experimental method. In experiment 1, blood pressure was used as a biological index of stress arousal in the elderly, and blood pressure was recorded by blood pressure meter. By comparing the baseline value of blood pressure between the subjects and the blood pressure under experimental control, it was found that there were significant differences in blood pressure between the experimental group and the control group, which proved the effectiveness of the experimental control. Experiment two aims to explore the effect of perceptual stress on the daily cognition of the elderly. The subjects were divided into high perceptual stress group and low perceptual stress group with perceptual stress scale. Then 15 subjects with high and low perceptual stress were randomly selected to form high stress situation group and low pressure situation group respectively. The two groups of subjects completed the task under high pressure and low pressure, respectively. The results showed that: (1) there was no significant gender difference in perceptual stress in the elderly. 2) the influence of perceptual stress on the daily cognition of the elderly was significant, and the daily cognitive ability of the patients with different perceptual stress was significantly different. The elderly with low perceptual stress had better daily cognitive ability, especially in low stress situations.
