【摘要】：創(chuàng)造力測(cè)量是創(chuàng)造力研究的基礎(chǔ),然而該領(lǐng)域研究成果卻一直飽受質(zhì)疑,因此如何準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量創(chuàng)造力是研究者亟需解決的問題。近幾年,創(chuàng)造力測(cè)量領(lǐng)域圍繞一些研究熱點(diǎn),在多方面取得顯著進(jìn)展。例如:發(fā)散思維測(cè)驗(yàn)獨(dú)特性維度的計(jì)分問題,或許可以通過主觀計(jì)分法解決;頓悟類測(cè)驗(yàn)可能表征個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力水平,但效度仍有待于進(jìn)一步確認(rèn);創(chuàng)造力成就測(cè)驗(yàn)可能帶來的共同方法變異問題,需要通過合理應(yīng)用測(cè)驗(yàn)規(guī)避;同感評(píng)估技術(shù)或許會(huì)引起評(píng)定者效應(yīng);研究者開始從語義網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度測(cè)量創(chuàng)造力等等。未來該領(lǐng)域研究應(yīng)當(dāng)在:基本概念問題上達(dá)成共識(shí);從測(cè)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容和施測(cè)過程優(yōu)化測(cè)驗(yàn)質(zhì)量;采用混合測(cè)驗(yàn)的策略以及通過跨領(lǐng)域研究增進(jìn)測(cè)量技術(shù)多樣化等方面進(jìn)行努力。
[Abstract]:Creativity measurement is the foundation of creativity research, but the research results in this field have been questioned all the time. Therefore, how to measure creativity accurately is an urgent problem for researchers to solve. In recent years, the field of creativity measurement has made remarkable progress in many fields around some research hotspots. For example, the scoring problem of the unique dimension of divergent thinking test may be solved by subjective scoring method, epiphany test may indicate the level of individual creativity, but the validity still needs to be further confirmed. The problem of common method variation caused by creative achievement test needs to be circumvented by rational application test; empathy assessment may lead to the evaluator effect; researchers begin to measure creativity from the perspective of semantic network and so on. In the future, the research in this field should reach a consensus on the basic concept, optimize the test quality from the aspects of test content and testing process, adopt the strategy of mixed test, and promote the diversification of measurement technology through cross-domain research.
