【摘要】：本研究旨在通過一例抑郁癥病例的52次心理治療和效果評(píng)估說明核心人際圖式改變、人格改變與癥狀緩解的關(guān)系。核心人際圖式采用自編我的感受問卷測(cè)量,人格改變采用SWAP-200測(cè)量,癥狀采用OQ45.2測(cè)量。結(jié)果:核心人際圖式的變化伴隨著臨床上可觀察的人格改變、癥狀緩解及當(dāng)事人總體功能和心理健康水平的提高。癥狀緩解主要體現(xiàn)為主觀困擾的降低,但在社會(huì)功能和人際關(guān)系質(zhì)量上改變不明顯。結(jié)論:核心人際圖式、人格障礙輪廓和癥狀緩解具有共變關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the relationship between core interpersonal schema change, personality change and symptom relief through 52 psychotherapy and effect evaluation in one case of depression. Core interpersonal schemata were measured by my own feeling questionnaire, personality changes were measured by SWAP-200, and symptoms were measured by OQ45.2. Results: the changes of core interpersonal schemata were accompanied by clinical observable personality changes, symptom relief, and improvement of the general function and mental health of the patients. The main symptom relief is the decrease of subjective distress, but the change of social function and interpersonal relationship quality is not obvious. Conclusion: there are covariant relationships among core interpersonal schema, profile of personality disorder and remission of symptoms.
