【摘要】:建議采納過程中的情緒研究主要以向決策者提供與其情緒特征相適應的建議為思路,從情緒效價發(fā)展到對具體情緒的探索,從情緒影響認知加工策略拓展到對情緒認知評估特征的分析。文章結合對過往實證研究的分析,以情緒滲透理論、情緒社會信息理論、評估傾向框架為依據(jù),對建議采納中決策者的情緒來源、情緒影響建議采納的過程機制進行分析與闡述,構建建議采納的情緒機制模型,并以近年來的研究熱點--憤怒情緒做示例分析。未來研究可進一步探討情緒對建議采納的直接作用、先前情緒與整合情緒的關系與作用,以及結合新興情緒理論豐富建議采納領域的研究。
[Abstract]:It is suggested that the emotional research in the adoption process is mainly based on the suggestion that the decision makers are provided with their emotional characteristics, from the emotional titer to the specific emotion, from the emotional impact cognitive processing strategy to the analysis of the characteristics of the emotional cognition. On the basis of emotional social information theory and evaluation tendency framework, this paper analyzes and expounds the emotional sources of decision makers, the process mechanism of emotional impact suggestions adopted, and constructs an emotional mechanism model adopted by suggestions, and gives an example analysis with the hot research hotspots in recent years, anger feeling. Future research can further explore the mood. The direct role of recommendation adoption, the relationship and role of previous emotions and integrative emotions, and the combination of new theories of emotion, rich suggestions, and adoption of research.
