中小學(xué)教師情緒勞動(dòng)、工作壓力、中庸思維、工作倦怠的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:隨著心理學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域不斷拓展,研究者和教育家日益關(guān)注到教師在工作場(chǎng)所中的情緒勞動(dòng)。教師的主要工作是傳道、授業(yè)、解惑,同時(shí)承擔(dān)著育人這一光榮而艱巨的任務(wù)。教師在工作中的情緒感受不僅會(huì)影響工作效果和身心健康,同時(shí)還會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)和心理健康產(chǎn)生影響,所以研究教師的情緒勞動(dòng)以及改善教師的工作倦怠狀態(tài)就顯得尤為重要。中庸思維作為指導(dǎo)個(gè)體行為的自我調(diào)控機(jī)制,有助于改善個(gè)體情緒,提高心理適應(yīng)水平。中庸思維有助于緩解情緒勞動(dòng)的消極后果,有利于提高教師的工作滿意度,降低教師的工作倦怠狀況。通過(guò)研究中小學(xué)教師情緒勞動(dòng)和工作倦怠的關(guān)系及作用機(jī)制,有利于為降低教師工作倦怠,改善教師心理健康提供理論依據(jù)。在正式施測(cè)過(guò)程中使用情緒勞動(dòng)量表、中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)壓力問(wèn)卷、中庸思維量表、工作倦怠量表對(duì)中小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行測(cè)驗(yàn),獲得有效問(wèn)卷362份。使用SPSS21.0、AMOS17.0進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷信效度檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示四個(gè)問(wèn)卷的信效度較好,符合心理測(cè)量的指標(biāo)。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)情緒勞動(dòng)、工作壓力、中庸思維和工作倦怠部分維度存在性別、教齡和學(xué)校類(lèi)型差異;(2)在控制了性別、教齡及自變量其它維度的基礎(chǔ)上,情緒勞動(dòng)的維度與工作倦怠部分維度存在顯著相關(guān);(3)情緒勞動(dòng)對(duì)工作倦怠有顯著的預(yù)測(cè)作用;(4)工作壓力在情緒勞動(dòng)與工作倦怠關(guān)系中起部分中介作用;(5)中庸思維在情緒勞動(dòng)與工作倦怠關(guān)系中起調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:As the field of psychological research expands, researchers and educators pay more and more attention to teachers' emotional labor in the workplace. The main work of teachers is to preach, teach, solve doubts, and undertake the glorious and arduous task of educating people. Teachers' emotional feelings at work will not only affect the effect of work and physical and mental health, but also affect students' academic performance and mental health. Therefore, it is particularly important to study teachers' emotional labor and improve teachers' job burnout. Mean thinking, as a self-regulating mechanism to guide individual behavior, helps to improve individual emotion and psychological adaptation. Mediocre thinking helps to alleviate the negative consequences of emotional labor, improve teachers' job satisfaction and reduce teachers' job burnout. By studying the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout of primary and middle school teachers and its mechanism, it is helpful to provide theoretical basis for reducing teachers' job burnout and improving teachers' mental health. In the course of the formal test, we used the questionnaire of emotional labor quantity, the occupational stress questionnaire of primary and middle school teachers, the mean thinking scale and the job burnout scale to test the teachers of primary and middle schools, and obtained 362 valid questionnaires. SPSS21.0AMOS17.0 was used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The results showed that the reliability and validity of the four questionnaires were good, which was in accordance with the psychometric index. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there are gender in some dimensions of emotional labor, job stress, mediocre thinking and job burnout. The differences in teaching age and school type are 2) based on the control of other dimensions of gender, teaching age and independent variables. There is a significant correlation between the dimension of emotional labor and some dimensions of job burnout. (3) emotional labor has a significant predictive effect on job burnout. 4) Job stress plays an intermediary role in the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout. It plays a regulating role in the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout.
