人格對(duì)高中生職業(yè)生涯探索的影響:自我效能與職業(yè)興趣的中介作用

【摘要】:在社會(huì)飛速發(fā)展、各種職業(yè)和成果層出不窮而就業(yè)形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻的今天,如何指導(dǎo)高中生在學(xué)習(xí)就業(yè)理念、知識(shí)技能以及心理準(zhǔn)備方面盡快適應(yīng)新的社會(huì)要求,幫助高中生在畢業(yè)前探索出適合自己專業(yè)以及就業(yè)的方向,為升學(xué)和就業(yè)做好充分的準(zhǔn)備,是職業(yè)生涯領(lǐng)域的重要課題。本研究在社會(huì)生涯認(rèn)知理論的基礎(chǔ)上探討了不同性別和地區(qū)的高中生人格、職業(yè)決策自我效能、職業(yè)興趣對(duì)職業(yè)生涯探索的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了職業(yè)決策自我效能和職業(yè)興趣在人格對(duì)職業(yè)生涯探索的影響中所起的中介作用。704名來自香港、上海和浙江的高中生在高一階段完成了跨文化(中國(guó)人)個(gè)性測(cè)量表-青少年版,在高二階段完成了職業(yè)決策自我效能量表、霍蘭德職業(yè)興趣量表,在高三階段完成了自我發(fā)展職業(yè)生涯探索量表。本研究運(yùn)用多元方差分析探究了高中生人格、職業(yè)決策自我效能、職業(yè)興趣和職業(yè)生涯探索在性別和地區(qū)上的差異,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型探索了人格、職業(yè)決策自我效能、職業(yè)興趣對(duì)職業(yè)生涯探索的預(yù)測(cè)作用,運(yùn)用Bootstrap探索了職業(yè)決策自我效能和職業(yè)興趣在人格和職業(yè)生涯探索之間的中介作用。結(jié)果表明:(1)不同性別、地區(qū)的高中生在人格、職業(yè)決策自我效能、職業(yè)興趣和職業(yè)生涯探索得分上有顯著差異;(2)人格、職業(yè)決策自我效能和職業(yè)興趣對(duì)高中生的職業(yè)生涯探索具有顯著的預(yù)測(cè)作用,且對(duì)于不同性別和地區(qū)的高中生來說其預(yù)測(cè)作用是不同的;(3)職業(yè)決策自我效能在人格和職業(yè)生涯探索之間起中介作用,職業(yè)決策自我效能和職業(yè)興趣在人格和職業(yè)生涯探索之間起鏈?zhǔn)街薪樽饔。本研究?duì)探討高中生職業(yè)生涯探索的影響因素具有一定的啟示作用,也能為學(xué)校開展高中生的職業(yè)生涯輔導(dǎo)工作提供一定的幫助和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, various occupations and achievements and the increasingly serious employment situation, how to guide high school students to adapt to the new social requirements as soon as possible in learning the concept of employment, knowledge and skills, as well as psychological preparation.It is an important subject in the field of career to help high school students to find out the right direction for their major and employment before graduation, and to prepare for their further study and employment.Based on the cognitive theory of social career, this study explores the influence of personality, career decision-making self-efficacy and career interest on career exploration among senior high school students of different sexes and regions.Furthermore, we analyzed the intermediary role of career decision-making self-efficacy and career interest in the influence of personality on career exploration.Senior high school students in Shanghai and Zhejiang completed the Intercultural (Chinese) Personality scale in the first year of senior high school, the Youth version, the career decision Self-efficacy scale and the Holland occupation interest scale in the second year of Senior High School.The self-development career exploration scale was completed in the third stage of senior high school.This study explores the gender and regional differences in personality, career decision-making self-efficacy, career interest and career exploration in senior high school students by means of multiple variance analysis, and explores personality and career decision-making self-efficacy using structural equation models.The role of career interest in predicting career exploration is explored by using Bootstrap. The mediating role of career decision-making self-efficacy and professional interest between personality and career exploration is explored.The results showed that there were significant differences in the scores of personality, career decision-making self-efficacy, career interest and career exploration among senior high school students of different genders.Self-efficacy and interest in career decision-making have significant predictive effects on career exploration of senior high school students.For high school students of different genders and regions, their predictive role is different. 3) Self-efficacy of career decision-making plays an intermediary role between personality and career exploration.Career decision-making self-efficacy and career interest play a chain role between personality and career exploration.This study has some enlightening effect on the influencing factors of high school students' career exploration, and can also provide some help and suggestions for high school students to carry out career guidance work.
