【摘要】：正式反饋是近年來發(fā)展出的一項(xiàng)提高臨床實(shí)踐的有效方法,它是指利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的治療效果測量工具,系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控當(dāng)事人評(píng)定的治療進(jìn)展情況,并將當(dāng)事人的進(jìn)展信息提供給治療師,以供其隨后的治療作參考之用。治療效果問卷評(píng)定系統(tǒng)和合作-改變效果管理系統(tǒng)是目前使用較為廣泛的正式反饋測量工具。正式反饋的使用不僅能夠改善偏離預(yù)期進(jìn)展當(dāng)事人(not on track,NOT)的治療效果,提高當(dāng)事人治療進(jìn)展的速率,同時(shí)還能夠促進(jìn)治療雙方更好的合作。正式反饋的作用機(jī)制可以使用概念化反饋干預(yù)理論和交互作用論進(jìn)行解釋。影響正式反饋?zhàn)饔眯Ч囊蛩匕ǚ答伇旧淼奶卣鳌?dāng)事人初始癥狀嚴(yán)重程度、治療師方面因素以及治療的時(shí)長等。未來研究需關(guān)注正式反饋的研究方法、作用機(jī)制及其跨文化研究的差異。
[Abstract]:Formal feedback is an effective method developed in recent years to improve clinical practice. It refers to the use of standardized therapeutic effect measurement tools to systematically monitor the progress of treatment assessed by the parties.The client's progress information is provided to the therapist for subsequent treatment.The therapeutic effect questionnaire evaluation system and the cooperative-change effect management system are widely used as formal feedback measurement tools.The use of formal feedback can not only improve the therapeutic effect of deviating from the expected progress of the client not on trackless not only can increase the rate of progress of treatment but also can promote better cooperation between the two sides of the treatment.The mechanism of formal feedback can be explained by conceptual feedback intervention theory and interaction theory.The factors influencing the effect of formal feedback include the characteristics of the feedback itself, the severity of the initial symptoms of the client, the factors of the therapist and the duration of the treatment.Future studies need to focus on formal feedback research methods, mechanisms of action and differences in cross-cultural studies.
