國家自豪對大學(xué)生國際援助意愿的影響

【摘要】:國家自豪是指由于對國家的認(rèn)同,個(gè)體在面對與國家象征物、國家成就有關(guān)的刺激時(shí)體驗(yàn)到的一種積極感受。國際援助是發(fā)生在國家這一水平上的外群體幫助。本研究以大學(xué)生為被試,利用中國在高鐵上取得的成就來喚醒個(gè)體的國家自豪,同時(shí)以對中國氣候的介紹作為中性情緒材料,通過兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)探討國家自豪對大學(xué)生國際援助意愿的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)1的援助情境是遭受地震嚴(yán)重破壞的國家,探討的是國家自豪喚醒能否促進(jìn)大學(xué)生對受災(zāi)國家的援助意愿(集體水平和個(gè)人水平)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),只有在集體水平上,國家自豪組對受災(zāi)國家的援助意愿才顯著高于中性情緒組,而兩組在個(gè)人水平上的援助意愿并沒有顯著差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)2設(shè)置的是難度較大、代價(jià)更高的對落后國家的援助情境,并告訴被試中國一直以來都有針對落后國家的對外援助計(jì)劃。除了情緒類型這一自變量外,實(shí)驗(yàn)中又加入了新的自變量——國家認(rèn)同水平(高、低),探討這兩個(gè)因素對大學(xué)生落后國家援助意愿的影響,以及兩個(gè)因素之間是否存在交互作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)2的結(jié)果表明情緒類型以及國家認(rèn)同水平的主效應(yīng)都顯著,但是二者之間的交互作用并不顯著。通過以上兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)得出如下結(jié)論:(1)國家自豪喚醒可以促進(jìn)大學(xué)生在集體水平上對外國的援助意愿。(2)國家認(rèn)同水平能夠影響大學(xué)生的國際援助意愿,高國家認(rèn)同的大學(xué)生對落后國家的援助意愿更強(qiáng)烈。(3)在落后國家援助情境下,國家自豪喚醒對高、低國家認(rèn)同者的援助意愿帶來的影響并沒有差異。
[Abstract]:National pride is a positive feeling that individuals experience in the face of stimuli related to national symbols and national achievements as a result of their recognition of the state.International aid is the help of foreign groups that take place at the national level.This study takes college students as subjects, uses China's achievements in high-speed rail to awaken individual national pride, and uses an introduction to China's climate as a neutral emotional material.Two experiments were conducted to explore the influence of national pride on international aid willingness of college students.In experiment 1, the aid situation is a country badly damaged by earthquake, and the purpose is to find out whether national pride can promote college students' willingness to assist the affected countries (collective level and individual level).The results showed that only at the collective level, the national pride group had significantly higher willingness to assist the affected countries than the neutral group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups on the individual level.Experiment 2 sets up a more difficult and costly aid situation to the backward countries, and tells the participants that China has always had a foreign aid program for the backward countries.In addition to the independent variable of emotion type, a new independent variable, the level of national identity (high and low), was added to the experiment to explore the influence of these two factors on the willingness of college students to fall behind in state assistance.And whether there is interaction between the two factors.The results of experiment 2 showed that the main effects of emotional type and national identity level were significant, but the interaction between them was not significant.Through the above two experiments, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) National pride arousal can promote college students' willingness to assist foreign countries at the collective level. (2) the level of national identity can influence the international aid willingness of college students.College students with high national identity have a stronger willingness to assist backward countries.) in the context of aid from backward countries, there is no difference in the influence of national pride on the aid willingness of those with high and low national identity.
