醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀和學(xué)校歸屬感的相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:和一般大學(xué)生相比,醫(yī)學(xué)生具有學(xué)習(xí)年限較長,學(xué)業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)重,就業(yè)壓力偏大等特點(diǎn)。但目前關(guān)于醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、及學(xué)校歸屬感的研究相對較少,它們的影響因素及其之間的相互關(guān)系還不清楚。因此本研究采用問卷調(diào)查的方式研究醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀和學(xué)校歸屬感的影響因素及其三者之間的關(guān)系,以及為醫(yī)學(xué)校的學(xué)生壓力緩解、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)、心理輔導(dǎo)等方面提供一定的借鑒意義。 本研究采用的量表有凌文輇,方俐洛和白利剛(1999)編制的《職業(yè)價(jià)值觀問卷》、陳芳蓉(2010)改編的《大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力源預(yù)測問卷》、杜好強(qiáng)(2010)編制的《大學(xué)生學(xué)校歸屬感問卷》。采用方便抽樣的方法對河北中醫(yī)學(xué)院的學(xué)生展開調(diào)查,,選取該校具有代表性的護(hù)理、針灸推拿和中西醫(yī)結(jié)合三個(gè)專業(yè),共發(fā)放問卷594份。本研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀存在性別、生源地、年級、專業(yè)等方面的差異。具體而言,女生更注重保健因素,男生更注重發(fā)展因素;相比城市學(xué)生,農(nóng)村學(xué)生更注重保健因素;一年級學(xué)生比其它年級學(xué)生更注重保健因素;和其它專業(yè)相比,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合專業(yè)學(xué)生更注重發(fā)展因素。(2)醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力方面存在性別、生源地、年級、專業(yè)類型等方面的差異。具體而言,男生學(xué)業(yè)壓力顯著大于女生;農(nóng)村學(xué)生的壓力顯著大于城市學(xué)生;二年級學(xué)生顯著大于三年級學(xué)生;中西醫(yī)結(jié)合專業(yè)顯著大于護(hù)理專業(yè)和針灸推拿專業(yè)。(3)醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)校歸屬感存在性別、生源地、年級、專業(yè)類型等方面的差異。女生身份歸屬感顯著大于男生;農(nóng)村學(xué)生學(xué)校歸屬感顯著大于城市學(xué)生;二年級學(xué)生學(xué)校歸屬感強(qiáng)于三年學(xué)生;中西醫(yī)結(jié)合專業(yè)學(xué)生學(xué)校歸屬感顯著大于護(hù)理專業(yè)和針灸推拿專業(yè)。(4)職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、學(xué)業(yè)壓力和學(xué)校歸屬感三者各維度之間均存在顯著的相關(guān)。醫(yī)學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀和學(xué)業(yè)壓力能夠預(yù)測學(xué)校歸屬感。
[Abstract]:Compared with the general college students, medical students have the characteristics of long years of study, heavy burden of study and heavy pressure of employment.However, there are relatively few studies on academic stress, vocational values and school sense of belonging of medical students, and their influencing factors and their interrelationships are not clear.Therefore, this study uses questionnaire to study the influencing factors of medical students' academic stress, vocational values and school sense of belonging, as well as the relationship between them, as well as the relief of students' stress and the cultivation of vocational values in medical schools.Psychological counseling and other aspects to provide certain reference.The students of Hebei College of traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated by the convenient sampling method, and 594 questionnaires were sent out, which were representative nursing, acupuncture and massage and integrated Chinese and western medicine.The result of this study shows that there are differences in professional values of medical students in terms of gender, student origin, grade, specialty and so on.Specifically, girls pay more attention to health care than boys to development; rural students pay more attention to health care than urban students; first-year students pay more attention to health care than other grades; and compared to other majors,Students of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine pay more attention to the development factors. 2) there are differences in academic stress of medical students in gender, student origin, grade, specialty type and so on.Specifically, male students' academic stress is significantly greater than that of girls, rural students' stress is significantly greater than that of urban students, second grade students'is significantly greater than third grade students';The major of integrated Chinese and western medicine was significantly larger than that of nursing major and acupuncture and massage specialty. 3) there were differences in gender, student origin, grade, specialty type and so on in the sense of belonging in medical school.The sense of belonging of female students was significantly higher than that of boys, that of rural students was significantly higher than that of urban students, that of second grade students was stronger than that of students of three years.The professional values and academic pressure of medical students can predict the sense of belonging.
